But I have tried calling over and over again since Tuesday (June 8) and I am just kept on hold for long periods of tie, even up to 25 minutes, with a very annoying recording reminding me how aware they are of the waiting and they are trying hard to answer my call. Well, they could have fooled me! I understand having to be on hold BRIEFLY at some time or another, but on 5 or 6 different occasions for periods of time of up to 20 and 25 minutes is totally absurd and unacceptable. You can park across the street in the lot or you can valet and it's not cheap. YOU must check in. First check in is on the first floor to enter the building. There might be a line. Have your DL ready. Then check in to the drs office. I check in on my phone but it never completes. They have employees working at the desk but you have to use the kiosk that they know most likely doesn't work even if you tell them you checked in on your phone and it won't complete. You wait in line, you go through all the steps. If you have two insurances there are an extra 10 questions to answer in every visit even if you just answered them on your phone. It then rejects again and so now you must wait on line to see the girls who want to look at the screen themselves and then they will do it on their end. I ask them what is the issue, what are the additional steps they need. I get no help. If you are over the 15 min grace period at this point. YOUR Appointment gets CANCELLED. This has happened to me. I was there at my appt time but it took 16 minutes to get me checked in and they will say sorry you're too late. I see it happen to someone on every visit. There is a lot of crying from patients who get canceled and I never see them get in. As for the doctors, some are great and some are not great.
