Date of visit: February 21, 2025…read more I was visiting the Mequon Pavilions, hitting up a couple other stores when I remembered that I needed some greeting cards and that led to one of the more bizarre retail encounters I've ever had. Clerk: Hi, can I help you find something? Me: Yes, I am looking for packs of cards. Clerk: Packs of...cards? Like...what kind of cards? Me: Like sympathy or birthday cards. Clerk: Sympathy? (With a quizzical look on her face, as if the word was new to her.) Me: Yes, like 'Sorry someone died.' Clerk: Oh, I don't think we have that, but let's look... Do you know that many dead people? Me: Well, people will always perish at some point... Clerk: We actually do have some! Here you go! (Points to a package of eight sympathy cards.) Me: Great, now birthday? Clerk: Hmm... (Walks right past a spinning display full of--wait for it--birthday card packs) Me: Here, these are perfect for what I need. Clerk: Oh, wow, there's a lot of options. I learned all kinds of things today! So that pretty much sums up my experience here, do with it what you will...

I have lived in the community for three years and have had no issues with the Board. My requests…read morefor approval of improvements have been granted without delay. Maintenance of common areas has been adequate. All units have had siding replaced within the past couple of years and there is ongoing roof replacement; all for general upkeep of the buildings. The pool is well maintained. Neighbors are friendly but not nosy.

The "unrecommended" review by LM - was most likely written by a board member... The money spent is…read morenot transparent - not by any means! The financials - they are joke supplied by prospect Management company. A travesty of management. All they care about is CYA... Read the reviews on Yelp of them! The owners have zero say in what goes on, the board goes into closed session at the end of every "meeting". You never hear what goes on. The board tried to shut down a Facebook page started by the owners because they could not control what was commented on in the page. The board members laugh & joke about folks who are behind in their dues, share this info with their friends at their little wine parties, there is no confidentiality or responsibility. It is NOT pet friendly in any way. If you aren't part of the board or their ilk, you don't stand a chance for repairs or getting your voice heard. It seemed like a little Marxist country in Mequon. We left - could not stand the board or PMC. We loved it there - once - but they have made CTCH a country they the board rules. Oh - and condo fees - $375.00 a month. For what? The path are not plowed, the streets are icy, but they remodeled the clubhouse! Do NOT consider moving here! If you have any sense - don't buy here until Prospect mgnt is gone and they have a board of directors that is fair and balanced. IF you are looking, ask for 18 months of the financials and 18 months of the monthly newsletter Treelines to get a feel of the place. Ask to attend a board meeting. Just a warning though - at the end of the meeting, they go into closed session and you'll never hear what the "real" meeting is about.
