I came here today, St. Patrick's Day. Doors wouldn't open. A manager unlocked the door and there were customers in the store with two employees. One register open with four employees and I think the manager (Laquisha) was too busy eating a bag of chips. Another employee kept asking her about seeing a video on her phone and she had to watch the video before taking care of my purchase. Poor customer service and I walked out and went to Pick-N-Save. read more

Went there this morning, employee in the balloon department was on a personal call using profanities in front of my child. Didn't help with the balloons at all and instead just pointed to an aisle. Prices are astronomical and customer service is horrible. How this place outlasted Elliott's party store is beyond me. Will not be returning for anything. read more

Not a fan!!!!! I took my kids prior to Father's Day to Get their dad some balloons and these employees were not helpful (that is all but 1) I was looking for a balloon bouquet and 95% of the workers ignored my existence and I couldn't even just leave the store because I had 2 kids with me and they would have been devastated if I left the place empty handed. read more

Store was stocked well and clean the customer service was ok but slow as always understaffed for a Saturday morning because there's always tons of balloon orders to fill. Just one person was cashiering and trying to fill immediate places balloon orders. She did her best and handled things pretty good. read more

The staff are obviously not genuinely nice. Some of them look constantly annoyed or like they don't want to be there. I've witnessed one of their staff members I think was a manager yell at a customer. I've also witnessed another member from their staff whom I also think was a manager yell at another staff member. A lot of times there's like a whole hour wait for balloons and I'll see like one person up on the register dealing with a big line while it's just one other person blowing up balloons. There was a time where I actually saw only one person up there and it was wild. The girl seemed to be quite new and the manager was on break so the people who needed help had to wait like 30 minutes for the manager to be done with break. The girl looked so helpless because some things on the register she didn't have access to only the managers did so she wasn't able to help. They don't seem to genuinely care about their workers or even customers at this point at this location. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! I asked an employee where I could find streamers and she looked at me and kept walking. The store was a complete disaster and had a poor selection. I asked another worker if I could get some balloons and she said sure, finished what she was doing, rolled her eyes at me and walked away without ever helping me. I went to Party City 1st thing Saturday Morning when they opened. . THEY HAD NO HELIUM to fill the 30 some Mylars Balloons I had purchased from PARTY CITY for my fathers 90th birthday party. Instead I had to purchase 2 Helium Tanks costing me over $60.00. OMG!!! Did they get me a discount on the tanks seeing that ALL THE BALLOONS were to be filled for FREE? NO!! HOW CAN A PARTY STORE NOT HAVE HELIUM? A PLOY TO GET YOU TO BUY THE TANKS INSTEAD? Can't even begin to tell you how PISSED I was! Buy your party supplies elsewhere! read more

This Party City used to be a Factory Card Outlet. And back in the day, it was not so fabulous. It was dirty and disheveled in all the wrong ways. I hadn't been in since it changed over, and today was my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised. The store was organized very well and the inventory was outstanding. I found everything I needed, which is an experience I don't have at a lot of stores these days. The clerk was friendly as well. Overall, a great experience and nice to have so close to home. As one who loves a good party, I'll be back. read more

Awful customer service and over priced merchandise. I spent over $200 for a birthday party and was told to bring the balloons back to fill. When I returned to have them filled they charged me $20 to fill 25 balloons. I had 40 balloons but they refused to fill the last pack due to a "helium shortage". read more

This location is great! Ordered white & silver balloon bouquets in person for a special event and I am very impressed with how they organized the different heights of the balloons! Very patient and caring in helping choose balloon colors and coordinating the bouquets. Candy selection is good too if you're looking to cheat on your diet :) read more
