I have an order from a well renowned doctor requiring I have a specific procedure. When I arrived I was told that they refused to do the procedure. The doctor did not spend time with me explaining why and was very dismissive. I realized later he and I were not even talking about the same procedure. When I reached out to clarify I was sent a robotic response from a nurse reiterating what was told to me in the office. A huge waste of time, money and resources.
