I was out the door in under fifteen minutes. The mechanic there came in and recommended a radiator flush service. Since this was my first time here, I was a bit apprehensive and I told him I would mull it over and check my own service records first. When I looked at the inspection from 4 months ago by my usual mechanic, sure enough, the radiator fluid was close to needing a flush. I took my Civic back to Grease Monkey a week later, and they got that done too. Prompt service and honest. Big time-saver if you're in Chandler.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO INTEGRITY…read more UNRELIABLE So long story short. I DRIVE my car up to Phil's auto and speak with Jeremy about my ac acting up and ask him to look into the windows and cruise control not working. Several days go by with no call so I call them and find out I need a cabin filter replaced for the ac ($11) and a main power switch ($200)for the windows so I approved those two services only! Drive by there a week later and see my car sitting outside so I stopped to pay and pick it up. They proceed to tell me that the car won't idle or accelerate and that it needs another part for the computer and will cost $500+. So a month and half of "needs another part" and "it should be ready by this afternoon" goes by and now we're out $1750 for services that we're not needed when we took the car to them. Sadly to say this isn't the first vehicle of ours that has been done this way by Phil's. The last one they did $1200+ worth of work on did not even make it a month after. I spoke with the owner and he was very nonchalant about my concerns with his service. Needless to say we will not be returning and I'd STRONGLY advise against wasting any of your hard earned money on this mechanic!

Repair work was done incorrectly to my daughter's sunroof resulting in $1,212 in additional damage…read morewhen she opened it for the first time. A rock shattered my daughter's sunroof in August of 2016 on her 2013 Hyundai Veloster. We took the car to Keith Hodges Collision for repair. The sunroof was repaired for a total cost of $1,053 which was covered by my insurance company, State Farm. In March of 2017 when my daughter opened the sunroof for the first time since the repair, the sunroof got stuck and would not close. We returned the vehicle to Keith Hodges for repair. Keith Hodges felt they could not repair the vehicle, so Keith Hodges sent the vehicle to another service shop, J.T. Electronics, for repair. J.T Electronics found that all the broken glass was not removed from the roof of the vehicle when the first repairs by Keith Hodges were made. When the sunroof was opened for the first time, some of the broken glass damaged the tracks of the sunroof resulting in the sunroof not being able to close. J.T. Electronics repaired the damage, including removing the headliner of the vehicle to remove the remaining broken glass (which should have been done by Keith Hodges the first time) and then replacing the tracks. The bill from J.T. Electronics was $1,212. The bill was submitted to State Farm, but was denied due to the fact that the repairs were done incorrectly the first time...resulting in the additional damage to the tracks. I have spoken to Keith Hodges himself on several occasions. He refuses to do anything to make this right. His only response is "we are not a window repair shop." I feel if he felt he wasn't qualified to fix the sunroof in the first place he should have told us that and recommended we take it to someone who specializes in window repair.
