She's all charm until you sign the lease, then she couldn't care less. Only one in three outdoor lights works, and the other day, the entire complex lost power because management didn't pay the utility bills! The electric meters are a disaster, with your meter wired to another apartment and vice versa, meaning some residents are paying for another unit's electricity or even for empty apartments owned by the complex, which doesn't pay its bills. This left some units without power all day. Management's response? "Not our fault, no electrician on site." Thank you to Ocala Municipal Services for fixing their mess. Now we're facing incorrect bills due to their meter chaos and unpaid utilities. Upper management has disregarded numerous complaint letters, signaling their full support for Senior Manager Tammy's dismissive behavior.
