Absolutely terrible company. The tenant stayed past the lease expiration, the house had to be exterminated due to fleas, and the company has failed to respond to 5+ emails requesting a final statement of damages. SOME ONE HELP ME !!!! My Home , My Very First Home Ever .. I'm 23 years old I moved in my Property At 18 .. I Have 2 Little girls and a Son who's Daycare is the Very House Directly Across The Street. I've Been Having Nothing But The Worst Time dealing With This new Property Management.. it was Not My Original Property Management but my Lease Was Sold To Them & since then I've been Charged Sooo Much .. everytime I turn Around I'm being Charged.. my rent in Up higher . new Security Deposit New Renewal Fee But Still No New Lease.. 2-3 months paying new rent .. My House My Home is being Held Over my Head. These PEOPLE don't Care ABOUT Me and my KIDS Life DOES NOT MATTER To Them!!! I'm The Youngest Single Father I Know That's been Paying Bills Alone For Years Now ... I Don't Think This Property Manegment should me Able to treat People Like this ... These slumlords are very unreasonable when it comes to rent. The owner will get in your face and yell at you. I finally moved out after the first week of the month, I left the apartment in a clean and orderly condition, and they tryed to charge me a cleaning fee. The very next week they had remodeled the apartment. I had to stay on their ass about me getting my security deposit and pro-rated rent back, which eventually went to the courts. My advice is do not do business with these slumlords. read more

Worst rental company!! They will fight you on every claim you make and it takes multiple calls to get things done. Don't let them fool you. They don't care about your needs only that you pay your rent every month and we did for over 3 years and even had to put another deposit down and had rent raised. We moved out and they ended up keeping are whole deposit for no reason. If anything we made the place better then it was when we lived there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!? read more

They are fucking horrible!!! They could care less about upholding their portion of responsibilities when maintaining the units. There are appliances that need to be fixed, and I have written documentation about what needs to be done, and they don't seem to give a s*** about it. They care more about sending late fee letters in the mail. All they want to do is collect money. When an issue with the maintenance crew came up with my neighbors, the property managers increase their rent by $150 just to be vindictive and get them to move out. I lost my great-grandmother and was slightly delayed on my rent but I heard no condolences whatsoever. The first thing out of that b****** mouth was the late fee which I already knew about. Please do not do business with these losers!!!!! You have been warned. They'll probably end up in court very soon. read more

Make sure You get a mail key when you sign your lease !! and try it before!! We have been here 1 month at foxmoor and we are "not allowed" to get mail due to the mail box Jerry never getting to us. They ripped out our mail box lock and told us "No more mail, come down to the post office" when i got to usps, they wanted to charge me $25 got my land lords mistake. I'm still awaiting very time sensitive health care paperwork and holiday gifts that i cannot recieve due to ideal properties lax attitude for getting back to you and there careless approach to problem resolution. Do not rent with this realtor. Horrible crotchety staff. If is not money, it's not important to them. If they want to get paid, they should do their jobs right. read more

Do not go with ideal properties!!!! I live on disability every month and pay rent out of that check on the 3rd. Prior to renting, i asked the slumlord (Carolyn J. Hammack) if the table disability payments, and that they'd be pays on the 3rd. "Oh yeah, that's fine, absolutely not a problem, we work with disability checks all the time and completely understand." A week later, they rejected the ability to pay online for our account. So now we wait for a check on the 3rd, then have to send money out on that day, pay extra to the post office for a non guarentee overnight delivery. Mailed in the 3rd, recieved by ideal on the 6th. They don't process it until the 9th. Charge us a large fee and get upset. This office has a seriouse lack of communication with its tenants and employees. Should be investigated for money fraud/laundering due to how much they exclaim cash is best when you pay, and not to sign the money orders? Wtf kind of business tells you NOT to sign your money orders??!! I sign them every time. Maybe that's why they get mad. Don't hire ideal properties. Wait!! Get a better place. Don't let the words "condo" or "luxurey" fool you. This place is scum!!!!!! read more

Seems like the agents are either extremely preoccupied or barely interested in taking in new business. After a week and a half, the agent with whom I finally made contect ("Garrett") set-up an appointment and never showed, and never responded to any subsequent e-mails thereafter, which was probably for the best--he corresponded as a barely-educated adult (might've been a freshman from high-school, for all I could tell). Give "Ideal Properties" a shot if you have do, but don't be surprised if they waste your time. read more
