After speaking to the shop attendee I was assured the order would be delivered placed the order online. I called back mid day to ensure the order had been processed and out for delivery. She kindly checked and assured me it was in route and would arrive within 45 minutes. Needless to say the flowers never showed up. I called and cancelled the order as my plans were totally ruined despite my efforts to follow up, provide specific instructions and be a part of a solution to ensure they were delivered in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The shop informed me I would not be billed. The next day I realized I was not only charged for the flowers but the flowers had been delivered at my neighbors house. I called confirmed that she understood to cancel the order and was assured a refund would occur. After 4 days I received no refund. I called the shop again and was told the refund would occur when the owner returns Tuesday. Since that day I have followed up left a message no call back, no voicemails left for me and no refund. Maybe isolated but never again would I trust them for any services. I've directed all close colleagues looking to order flowers, go elsewhere. Terrible experience.

Some of the price is justified because they have warranty protection on some. You will leave with only a few items under $50 so make sure you do your wallet research. I love shopping local but I can also watch my spending. These place benefit from year round shopping so get your shears and garden items here. The staff is elderly and take good care of the plants all around the store, but they have to look up and refer back to things a lot so again do your research. The staff is so friendly and can help you but use a cart or come with the muscle. This location is often hard to get into with the entrance being right before a busy has station and business intersection. They have limited parking, but do have plenty of accessible parking for those in need. The restroom is just wide enough for a wheelchair too.

AND just like the Timberwinds team said... spray the tree twice and it will be cleared of the scale, and that is precisely what happened... Mind you, I picked this place because on Google Maps, it looks like it is fairly close to WIldwood, MO, where I was having the flowers delivered. I am in California, how am I suppose to know who will scam me and who will not? I asked for a $40 arrangement, so you can imagine my surprise when I checked my credit card bill and found a $70 charge!! Holy C's! That's nearly DOUBLE the price I asked for, all on delivery charge and tax. The shop is in the same zipcode as where the delivery went. They get 1 star for being helpful on the phone, 1 star for a beautiful arrangement.. and then minus 1 star for failing to be transparent with their delivery charge and other charges. I really feel like I got taken. They got my credit card number and decided to run away with it.. definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Why weren't they more transparent about the total charges? It makes me want to call the Better Business people. I felt scammed.
