When I arrived, I was pampered by a makeup artist who did my hair and makeup. Looked great! We did a few scenes and she made me comfortable taking this pictures. I wish I had a little more coaching on face poses since I didn't really do a good job "looking sexy" and more a little off guard or awkward in some. Not all! Just a few. Now I give the beginning half of the experience 5 stars! Why I give this 3 stars is what followed the session. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks to receive my photos after payment. I only paid for the digital gallery as I did not see a reason for any physical items just yet. After I paid, I received the full gallery of my "soft edited" photos. I did receive a select gallery of "edited" by email however, was told I would get this in an photo gallery app as well. I was told I would receive EVERYTHING within the two weeks. I had to follow up a few times at first to get the galleries emailed to me. And once I did, I figured I would get the rest as time passed by. Now it is December, and I sent a follow up email on 10/24, and got a reply on 11/1 saying this will get done. As of today what I still haven't received yet are gifs from the shoot, photo gallery app, and access to the VIP Facebook group so that I can schedule my free mini session (that was included with the digital gallery package I purchased). While my experience with Shanna and the shoot was great. I see there are opportunities in the timeline promised, and the follow through of items that were discussed during the session. I paid a lot for these photos and add-ons yet I don't feel satisfied with what I was given.

I'm usually very uncomfortable in front of the camera, but she was professional, friendly, and immediately made us feel comfortable. I was initially hesitant about her suggestion to do a "lifestyle" session in our home, thinking it might not be "camera-ready," but I'm so glad we listened to her. Becky has an incredible eye for angles and spots we usually overlook. She even snuck a few great photos of our cat during the session, which was a wonderful, personable touch. Even with limited natural light in some rooms, the lighting in every shot turned out excellent. She delivered a high-quality gallery in about 2.5 weeks.
