I especially loved their technique for massaging the neck and glutes. I felt so refreshed and HEALED after my 60 minutes (not 50 minutes) session. I also loved that I was able to walk in to get a massage; some places require you to book an appointment 1 to 2 months in advance. SO convenient that I can get a massage as needed. I'm cancelling my 13 year membership at Massage Envy and planning to come back here whenever I need a great massage. Honestly, the quality of the massage I received was as good as the ones at high end places that charge twice as much. I wasn't too thrilled about how the place looks from the outside; I almost cancelled and drove back home. But after thinking about it, I'm glad to not be paying for "curb appeal" of the building, I'd rather be paying for a great massage while they keep their other costs down.

Since my appointment at Hand & Aroma Massage, I was bed bound for 4 weeks, had to quit my job because I cannot function, I have been in pain every single day, my right hand is still completely numb from nerve injury nd I do not have any feeling in it STILL! My life has completely fallen apart literally just from getting a massage and having someone injure me, possibly permanently! Do NOT go here! It is not worth it and I do not want anyone else to suffer like I have and STILL am constantly! It's been almost 9 weeks of total HELL WARNING!!!! Unfortunately I started my period the morning of the massage, and when I let Anicha know she became extremely concerned with my comfort levels. She allowed me to switch to a table massage instead of the originally planned Thai massage, and even consulted with him while I was changing to make sure I was okay keeping the appointment and wasn't just being polite. She was just really concerned that I would be uncomofortable and wouldn't get the most out of the massage. That actual massage was amazing! She used an excellent amount of pressure (I like really intense pressure) and basically worked through 2 years worth of postdocing-in-a-pandemic stress that has accumulated in my shoulders, lol. She evaluates how your nervous system flows and targets areas that needs to be released to increase flow. It was strange because during some of the gentle pressure, I could feel a tingling sensation in the area that she was working on. My neck mobility has improved, sciatica has improved also.
