I especially loved their technique for massaging the neck and glutes. I felt so refreshed and HEALED after my 60 minutes (not 50 minutes) session. I also loved that I was able to walk in to get a massage; some places require you to book an appointment 1 to 2 months in advance. SO convenient that I can get a massage as needed. I'm cancelling my 13 year membership at Massage Envy and planning to come back here whenever I need a great massage. Honestly, the quality of the massage I received was as good as the ones at high end places that charge twice as much. I wasn't too thrilled about how the place looks from the outside; I almost cancelled and drove back home. My co-workers once gave me a nice gift certificate for a group gift at a baby shower... and I just kept coming in because it was my monthly "ME TIME". Over the years, the value I got from these massages just keeps decreasing. I used to have a few favorite massage therapists, but now there's only one therapist that gives good (not great) massages. A long time ago, there were one or two therapists that I considered to be almost as good as "luxury spa" therapists, but this hasn't been true in the last 5 years (not even close). I have enjoyed the ability to make appointments up to 6 months in advance. That works very well for me, so I just call to make appointments every 3 months or so. If something came last minute , I only have to give 24+ hrs notice. They've only had to cancel on me 3 times during the past 12 years, so I'm not sure this happens as much as what the other reviews might make you think. The building is nice and the treatment rooms are always clean and comfortable. I've tried two facials here, but was disappointed in both. I've also tried a few of their massage upgrades like hot stone or stretching, but I don't think it's worth the extra $$. If you need an easy system for monthly massages, or if you often travel domestically and want massages in different states/cities, this may work well for you. If you're looking for a luxury spa type of massage, this place will not meet your needs.

Acupuncture after is 60$/treatment and it takes an hour. Massage is $60/hour." Was also told at this time that you needed to be seen by their chiropractor in order to get massage or acupuncture services. I'll end up using a massage service and an acupuncturist at two different places, as I have no interest in seeing a chiropractor.
