So I brought the car back, they said they would redo the front windshield since the previous tint has been faulty in the past. Now in my opinion, if this was an issue on a past customers car, why would you reuse it? Anyways, they said they "upgraded" the tint, but it looks the exact same. Now my entire car is wrapped in this dogsh*t tint and I regret driving at night. Not only is the tint horrible quality, but the customer service is just as bad. The price is great, but you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 start review. I have never left a one star review on anything,…read moreespecially a smaller family owned business. I don't even know where to start. To sum it up, there was a lack of communication between the family members as to what kind of tinting I wanted done on my vehicle. After they tinted my car, I was shocked to see that everything was entirely wrong. (I had just paid almost $400 mind you) so I was upset, especially considering I was very clear as to what I wanted done to my car. When I went back in the office and asked them about it, they immediately became very defensive and started speaking Spanish so that I couldn't understand. They were visibly panicking, and when we went out to my car, they started coming up with a whole list of random reasons as to why I was wrong... it was very bizarre and made me uncomfortable to the point where I ended up leaving. Essentially, they were gaslighting me to the max because they did not want to admit their mistake. If they had just admitted they were wrong I would have completely understood, but unfortunately, being honest is not the approach that they took in this situation. When I got home, I was looking at my windows and there were many bubbles on every window except for 1 (as well as scratches on the inside of the passenger side window). I know that it takes a few days for the bubbles to work themselves out, so I held off on writing this review. It is now over three days later and my windows are still bubbly which is a real bummer. I will have to go somewhere else to get this problem fixed. I will not go back to Goat Tints because if they did such a careless job applying the tints, I don't trust them to remove them properly. Regardless, just be aware that these are not honest business people and I do not recommend this business.
