He brought two cars here so knowing that made me comfortable bringing my new baby here. Plus, if you buy Groupons you know they have 20 or 25% off codes periodically, so I got a great deal! I was slightly overwhelmed when I arrived by the choices, but this was a good thing! They have three options, think of good, better and best tints. The good, which the Groupon covers, has a one year warranty and is probably what the folks that complained purchased. Well, the better and best options have a lifetime warranty! Buying the groupon doesn't lock you into the cheap option, you can pay the difference and upgrade, which is of course what I did as I plan on keeping this car for years and want it looking good as long as I own it. So I paid extra and went for the BEST which is also supposed to be better at filtering out the sun so the car won't get as hot inside in the sun. This place will do whatever you want, but they do advise you what is legal in CT so if you opt for darker which isn't you have to sign a waiver, which is totally reasonable! The job was done in under a couple of hours and looked great right away! They warn you there may be streaks and bubbles for up to two weeks, but the couple of bubbles I had were gone in days! They also tell you not to open your windows for five days, but I inadvertently opened two of them within two days and they still look perfect. I'm actually amazed I didn't ruin them opening the windows. I'd definitely come back here, without a doubt. The waiting room isn't fancy or anything, but I don't care at all about that, the job was well done! Call and make an appointment and they will accommodate your schedule, even if you need a Saturday or Sunday appointment.

To sum it up, there was a lack of communication between the family members as to what kind of tinting I wanted done on my vehicle. After they tinted my car, I was shocked to see that everything was entirely wrong. (I had just paid almost $400 mind you) so I was upset, especially considering I was very clear as to what I wanted done to my car. When I went back in the office and asked them about it, they immediately became very defensive and started speaking Spanish so that I couldn't understand. They were visibly panicking, and when we went out to my car, they started coming up with a whole list of random reasons as to why I was wrong... it was very bizarre and made me uncomfortable to the point where I ended up leaving. Essentially, they were gaslighting me to the max because they did not want to admit their mistake. If they had just admitted they were wrong I would have completely understood, but unfortunately, being honest is not the approach that they took in this situation. When I got home, I was looking at my windows and there were many bubbles on every window except for 1 (as well as scratches on the inside of the passenger side window). I know that it takes a few days for the bubbles to work themselves out, so I held off on writing this review. It is now over three days later and my windows are still bubbly which is a real bummer. I will have to go somewhere else to get this problem fixed. I will not go back to Goat Tints because if they did such a careless job applying the tints, I don't trust them to remove them properly. Regardless, just be aware that these are not honest business people and I do not recommend this business.
