I let her know that we were never informed. I had no voice message or email or text from them saying this... Their parking lot is very difficult to drive through since it is so small. I seen that it looked like someone hit the building with their car for probably that exact reason. It was covered from the absence of glass. The building needed repairs. I waisted an hour of my day because they are unprofessional.

I then asked for a corporate number to which no one knew. I waited for almost 10 minutes for them to give me a nonworking number. This was all starting to make sense on why the place was falling apart. The person who supposedly runs the circus wasn't there. When I called the 290 location, I explained that I was trying to book an emergency appointment due to a severe toothache that was causing intense headaches. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed more concerned about payment and insurance information than the urgency of my situation. I informed her that I do have insurance through my employer, but I simply did not have my insurance card with me at the moment. Instead of trying to assist me, she placed me on hold and showed very little concern for my pain or need for care. This experience was extremely disappointing. Patients seeking emergency dental care should be treated with compassion and professionalism, not made to feel like finances are the only priority. Experiences like this are exactly why many people avoid going to the dentist. I will not be wasting my time with this establishment again. Please do better and remember that patient care should come first.
