They're website says they're open at 8am except their doors were not open & the receptionist who cannot speak clear English saw that we were trying to get in & waiting at the doors but never came up to us to let us know that they decided not to open at 8am that day Wednesday. She didn't bother to get up. Then at 9am was my kids actual appointment (which I would assume they usually make new patience fill out paper work before hand, was too late for that) & the receptionist opened the doors just to let us know that our appointment was canceled & I should have received a call. I let her know that we were never informed. I had no voice message or email or text from them saying this... Their parking lot is very difficult to drive through since it is so small. I seen that it looked like someone hit the building with their car for probably that exact reason. It was covered from the absence of glass. The building needed repairs. Went here with Medicare. Had an exam, X-rays and impressions. All covered by Medicare. Then we discussed two implants and a snap on plate not covered by Medicare but they talked me into taking out two loans totalling $6k. Ridiculous. Bone graft was never discussed and being Diabetic it's not something I would do especially with a new medication I'm taking has caused my sugar to skyrocket (380). So, when I go to cancel and close the loans I discover they've charged me the full amount without my receiving any services under the loans!! All they have to do is reverse the charges say both banks but they aren't trying to do that. Steer clear! read more

0 star to be honest. That's because I was scheduled for 9:30 and it's 12:40 and I STILL have not had my cleaning. They took my wife back and did her cleaning after waiting 2 hours. Instead of cleaning me next they went to another patient who was AFTER me. I should have read the reviews before I made an appointment. i moved here from another state and they were willing to take my insurance. Red flag number (1)They took X-rays, and before I saw the doctor they tried to pressure me into a $10, 000+ plan for extra dental work. (2.) I waited in the office for more than an hour before they called me then another 45 min waiting on dentist. THIS IS EVERY VISIT!!!! 3. All of a sudden I needed a root canal (but I had just seen my dentist that I had for over 20 years in previous state). but foolishly I agreed. it took 5. visits to complete. A year later I am still having issues with that took. The dentist keep doing band aid procedures and said she will refer me to a root canal specialist???? That still has not happened. I hate the fact that I have to wait weeks to schedule an appointment for a retainer because they only have a few days to accommodate me . This isn't the first time either. Bad star for this place, these people will steal your money, never pay them up front, I cancelled my son's appointment two weeks before the scheduled day and 3 months later I still have not received my refund. I have been taking my daughter there when she had Chip...had no problems then. I finally was able to get insurance so I scheduled an appointment, gave them all the information so that I could be prepared with what I would be paying for my treatments. We get our x-rays, dentist does what he has to, lets them know what we will be needing. When we get to the so called price administrator they want to charge as if I had no insurance. Nobody cared to verify what my coverage was, they didn't even I had insurance. She said she would call and verify and give me a call Monday. It has been almost 3 months and I have not heard a word from anyone. I called a month after and asked to speak to manager, not available I was told, left message and as of today not a call back. When I first started coming here the customer service was pretty great. My insurance would get verified right away and be ready to go in time for my appointment. The dentist here Dr. Nguyen is pretty good and friendly. Two years later the service here is HORRIBLE. Insurance is not verified on time and you have to call almost each day to remind them you exist. They will tell you that they will call you back by the end of the day but they do not. If Dr. Nguyen was somewhere else on Saturdays I would move there but until then I have to put up the mess here read more

They said they were going to work on it. Well it took over a month just to get the auth correct and get her back in. She was in pain for weeks. Fast forward to January 2021 I decided to take her back because her other two wisdom teeth were beginning to push out. I took her and they said they were going to work on auth. I asked them to please get it correct this time since we had that issue last year. They assured me they would. 2 weeks pass and then we have the freeze. The 3rd week I call and make the appointment because I seen they did get the authorization. They told me they could not get her in till almost 2 weeks later I said fine I'll take it.l what else could I do? Well today we go in just for them to tell me they can't take them out today because the orthodontist won't be back till the 16th. Seriously!!!??? The experience was good. I like the dentist I had her name was Dr. Courtney Parsley. The dentist had great recommendations and worked in regards to her own ethics and not the ethics of the staff. The prices were reasonable with my insurance. The reason that I did not give it 5 stars was because of the staff. The dental assistant was nice and was helpful. However the front desk staff seem as though they just work there and not like they care about the patients or their job. I needed a follow up appointment but they were not very accommodating. They also seemed all over the place a little discombobulated. It appeared as though they were more concerned about their personal conversations than the patients. his is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE to go to. A NEGATIVE -5 . Employees have a problem ,scheduling ,molding retainers, tightening braces, and their communication with each other=NO BUENO! My 7 yr old son went to get a baby root canal because that's what they said he needed- they wanted to gas him after i told them NO GAS, they then said that he need 2 adult root canal on top of the baby root canal.........and they did not even have his x-rays ready for the doc when my son was about to get worked on. The Doc himself was frustrated!!!! i said NO, NO,NO!!!! YOUR NOT WORKING ON MY SON! Went to another Dentist and my son did not even need a Root Canal. He just need his tooth to be refilled?? Don't even start me on BRACES! the Doc is only in once a month...so you will have a long wait to get any Brace Issues FIXED! took 3 times after my daughters braces we taken off a week and a half total with out a Retainer because they could not get it the right size. Always a hassle! Scheduled an appointment for my son on a Saturday. When we get there they tell me they forgot to verify benefits during the week and cannot do so on weekends so I had to reschedule. Then I reschedule for a Sunday (apparently they open one Sunday out of the month) then when we show up I find out the office is closed. They even called me the day before to confirm appointment! Very unprofessional. The girls up front cannot do their simple jobs right. Will not be going back. Don't waste your time with this dentist. read more
