The hygienists are gentle and friendly, which makes the patient feel at ease while getting services taken care of. This dentists office seriously has it all. The hygienist did a great job! Mouth and tooth pain can be the worst kind of pain. I just had several cavities filled in one session and it was the best experience I've ever had. I always have a lot of jaw pain during dental procedures and Dr. McDonald was considerate and caring the entire time, which meant a lot. I also had some bonding done (which I am very pleased with) and plan on getting more cosmetic work here in the future. :)

I've scheduled a cleaning twice only for them to tell me that I just scheduled for an exam, meaning they only look at my teeth and I have to come another time for a cleaning. It was a complete waste of my time. After X-rays you're always asked to go to the waiting room to sit for hours, literally. I had a 9am appointment for a cleaning and didn't leave until 2pm. The high pressure sales tactics here are incredibly annoying and unnecessary. Please do not come here. Example: I had received a few opinions that I needed my teeth removed. I came to Dr Justin Lai and he assured me that I didn't need removal, that my problem was different from the other diagnoses given by others. Also if you don't have insurance they have payment options you can explore. Text reminders for your appointment an hour prior, a courtesy call the day or two before to re confirm the appointment, a text sent with a link to update and/or fill out forms prior to your appoitment. Temperature check in front by the door. Parking lot is shared by other businesses but typically there is enough parking for you to not worry. I forget if there is a ramp and where, just in case. The Square doesn't have a dedicated stop light, so you may miss it and have to u turn, there is a turning lane but it's not long. The staff is great and kind and diverse.
