I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the fee was, and then double excited that they were going to come take the rugs away! They even would take them out of the rooms if I wanted (however I opted to have my husband roll them up so I could quickly sweep and mop underneath). One of the six cleaned was the outdoor rug, and the contrast was most obvious on that: it came back looking new! The other 5 rugs cleaned look so nice and I can even feel the clean on my feet. I let Joyce, the woman at the desk, know about it, and she replied, "well it should be on," and she would take care of it. Needless to say, the next day it was still off and subsequent weeks after it had been turned on, the temperature ranged from 82-87 degrees. I never complained anymore about it. When I went to vacate the unit, the 1st of the month was a holiday, so they were closed. When I went back on the 2nd to turn in the key, I explained to Joyce that I had one more item in the unit that I needed to retrieve. She told me that I could not go back in, unless I paid for another month; as stated in the contract. I brought up the problems with the air conditioning hoping that she would at least let me retrieve my item for the inconvenience; after all I paid for a climate controlled unit that was not being climate controlled. After arguing with her, she refused to let me back in without paying. I asked for the owner's contact information, but she refused to give any of his information to me. This is another prime example of a money hungry business that exhibits poor customer service. Clearly, they do not care about their customers at all. Don't expect any consideration or courtesy from this place. Instead of trying to do favors for the people that keep them in business, they would rather rip them off.

Todd was very responsive and able to answer all my questions about his services and associated costs. He came out and did an initial application and was able to educate me on the types of pests that are common to this area and his treatments. They are safe chemicals and non-toxic. He did an inside and outside application initially. I had signed a one year contract with a previous vendor who was simply not doing an adequate job. I was seeing critters inside and outside my house on a regular basis. Todd was able to make some great recommendations and suggestions to prevent potential pest issues. That's what I really liked and what differentiated him as a local vendor. I would rather know how to prevent critters than react after they have become a problem. I really liked that he did not require a contract. I also liked his use of smart phone technology for scheduling and billing which made the process simple and easy. Todd is professional and a great communicator and will be responsive to your pest concerns. I highly recommend his service and like that I can support an independent and local business.
