It had been pre-covid since I'd had our area rugs cleaned, and all I could remember was that it was an expensive hassle and the rugs didn't look much better. That company is now out of business, so I thought I'd try searching for someone new just to find out how much it would cost. That's how I found Blueagle. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the fee was, and then double excited that they were going to come take the rugs away! They even would take them out of the rooms if I wanted (however I opted to have my husband roll them up so I could quickly sweep and mop underneath). One of the six cleaned was the outdoor rug, and the contrast was most obvious on that: it came back looking new! The other 5 rugs cleaned look so nice and I can even feel the clean on my feet. My carpets are beautiful! There were many spots caused by spilled soda drinks, tea and a cat that eats too fast and then throws up. I was shocked to see all spots were gone. I've used other businesses, but Blueagle, by far, is the best. I was satisfied with the quote and I received a phone call telling me they were on the way to my home. The men cleaning the carpet were very nice and answered all my questions. I will be contacting Blueagle again when the need arises. I am happy to give Blueagle Carpet Cleaning an A+++ rating! They took 3 of my area carpets for cleaning and didn't stop working on them until every stain was gone and all the odor was removed. I have two little dogs who have accidents on a pretty regular basis, and although I tried every remedy - enzyme products, baking soda & white vinegar treatments, the stains and odor remained. Blueagle made them like new again! Their customer service is just wonderful. The owner, Denise, was friendly and easy to work with, and her sons, who picked up and returned the carpets, were just like her . . . fine young men! This all sounds wonderful from his point of view but not exactly how it happened. I am not interested in going back and forth but he did NOT have on a uniform. He had a polo shirt with small print that could have not been seen a foot away much less from any distance. From his review it sounded like his attitude was all smiles. I simply asked who he was and told him once that I just about called the police before I knew who he was. He immediately took offense. How many of you would like a man walking around your house when the car out front was unmarked and No uniform. Once he gave me his card and told me who he was I was totally fine but he was offended. At that point he refused to give me an estimate. His words were " if you are that picky about who is in your yard you will be too picky about my work." I called the office to try to clear the misunderstanding but they refused. read more

Just had the guys from Blue Eagle clean our carpets. It's been a few years since they were done, and between 3 dogs and the 2 of us, things were looking a little tired on the floors. We'd have been happy with a 50% improvement.....you can imagine our pleasure at seeing the carpets look 90% better than before the Blue Eagle guys arrived. They use eco-friendly products, worked quickly, and took very good care of our furniture in the process. Impressive, indeed. I give Blueagle the highes rating possible. I called on a Thursday and requested Friday service. John Eagle was to be at my house at 1 oclock, but I received a call at 1230 asking if it was ok for him to come early! How nice! He was highly professional, did an excellent job on 3 carpeted rooms and cleaned a place on a large area rug. I love the technique they use to clean, a buffer type machine that actually scrubs the carpet. I liked the fact that the floor was not left soaking wet and was almost dry to the touch. I was so pleased with the service that I felt compelled to call Denise immediately after John left to thank them for a job well done!!! read more
