This month happens to be a very busy Tarragona Festival and seating in old city is difficult to come by, so it was truly delightful to have open seats, have prompt service & have many options of paella for 1 or 2 people. Note: A lot of places across Spain have a minimum requirement of 2 or more for the kitchen to prepare any paella but just like the name, the Miracle wants you to order individually or to share two different varieties of paella. My foodie tastebuds are very satisfied! Near the end, the manager came by to say "Etas Bien?" Indeed it was!
