Our dog has been going here for the last 9 years and the last two times he…read morehas been their it has been deteriorating , we just picked our dog up from their today after a 2 week stay and it was disgusting. His doona and pillow where soaking wet and stinking (had to bin it all) dog not bathed, dry blood on his ears. Our dog does not urinate on his wn bed, so other dogs must have been urinating on it. Rang to complain and told manager had not turned up for his 9.30 shift, 1 1/2 hours later still no phone call. This uses to be an excellent place to leave your dogs, since new owners took over it is like a jail for dogs.
