Do not use this place. Our dog has been going here for the last 9 years and the last two times he has been their it has been deteriorating , we just picked our dog up from their today after a 2 week stay and it was disgusting. His doona and pillow where soaking wet and stinking (had to bin it all) dog not bathed, dry blood on his ears. Our dog does not urinate on his wn bed, so other dogs must have been urinating on it.
Rang to complain and told manager had not turned up for his 9.30 shift, 1 1/2 hours later still no phone call.
This uses to be an excellent place to leave your dogs, since new owners took over it is like a jail for dogs. read more

Rilten is a fantastic place to leave your animals. My dog, Barney, gets excited as soon I turn down Ashley Road, as he knows that we're headed towards Rilten. He always comes back happy, and I greatly enjoy the photos they post on facebook. I had previously left a positive review, which Yelp has since removed. I'm new to Yelp, so I'm not sure why that happened. read more
Excellent place. I have been using Rilten for the past six years and couldn't be happier. My dog almost pulls me over on the way from the car park to the office because he is so excited to be there. The happy dogs in the yard that come up to greet me every time I visit are an added bonus. Highly recommended. read more
