I was a regular customer until recently when just before Xmas Pen let me down badly. I had…read moreaccommodated her by changing my appointment to the day after my wedding and then she cancelled the night before just because I didn't respond to her text. It was my wedding night that I had mentioned to her when she first asked me to change but I still helped her out. Her follow up text response to me was also very unprofessional and basically insulting. I had never let her down and had even made bookings for all 2017. DON'T USE HER as she will eventually let you down. Very unprofessional.
