OK, so I wasn't the best communicator when she was out. And I was nervous about seeing her again because I was a schmuck and never called. Well, that was ridiculous because we took up right where we left off and had a wonderful conversation, and I got the best haircut ever. I brought my mom back too and, after two years of um...older women's haircuts, my mom looked my mom again. I cried because mom struggles with memory issues and seeing my mom look like herself is a small miracle. 2. Color. Because of her art background, Rosalee's art background allows her to see colors in my hair that I can't. I've been trying to go white-blonde for a year and good people have tried, but it just wouldn't get there. Her background in chemistry helps too, knowing how to mix the "right stuff" to get there (she explains the chemistry in an un-patronizing way, but it's lost on me).
