Trying to reach them on the phone proved to be an impossible feat. In the span of 2 years I could never get through to my attorney nor received a call back. The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Finally, I received a response in the form of a letter informing me that they've terminated my representation based on "various reasons" that were never explained to me. They didn't even have the decency to tell me in person or over the phone. They just kept giving me the run-around. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone based on their lack of professionalism, communication, attitude, incompetence and most importantly WASTE OF TIME. I bet the statute of limitations was up by the time they executed any sort of action. Eventually, I contacted the insurance company of the person at fault and my car was repaired at no cost. I had way more success by dealing with this problem on my own. I realize now that I should've just done that from the very beginning! My attorney made virtually ZERO impact on my case. I hate to bad-mouth anyone but these people don't deserve to stay in business due to the way they treat their clients. My suggestion is that you keep looking elsewhere if you need a real attorney...
