Fast forward to the last two weeks, I had the time to go to the Best Buy in Christiana to see if I could hear the Marantz Cinema 30 system. They didn't have one on display but the associate (Rocky) talked with me about 45 minutes helping me understand the pros and cons of upgrading the AVR or speakers I have. Walked out feeling I was ready to make a decision and this is where things got interesting. I spoke with Marantz (yeah, I'm that customer) and wanted to know more about a recertified Cinema 30 they had compared to one that Best Buy showed in their inventory. The only difference was the extra warranty option Best Buy has and the key fact that if something went wrong, Best Buy would protect your investment with the same value you purchased for. Marantz wanted me to buy from them direct and offered me a discount on any item (new or recertified). Out of respect for Rocky assisting me for over 45 mins I went back to Best Buy to see if by chance they could price match what Marantz offered. 9 times out of 10, no, but Rocky took my request up the chain of command and came back with a surprising Yes. This review is because this man spent 3 hours and 45 mins with me over two separate days, without knowing If I would buy the system. On top of that, they don't get commission. So for what I saved combined with the amount of time and professionalism he showed me, I am happy to say I'm now the owner of a Brand New Marantz Cinema 30 receiver.

Calling my local Internet service Provider proved to be absolutely frivilous, even talking to my Anti-Virus protection service didn't reassure me they could totally cure my problem atleast without it costing me my first born child. I just kept running into walls with every phone call i made the prices seemed to keep multiplying for anysort of resolution. One late afternoon i strolled into the local wawa and just happened to look up at the bulletin board with business cards and services being offered where I came across a small card for a company offering desktop and laptop repair. I figured what the heck and gave them a call. The man who I spoke to intially seemed to immediatly understand and sympathize with my situation he even offered to come and pick up my laptop any location I found convienent. All seemed well but I was still skeptical about pricing. He was able to offer some base prices and then went into possible scenarios of what the total bill would most likely end up costing me. I was pleasantly surprised with the fair services being offered and it was by far the best deal I had come across yet so I decided to give this local Company a try. After meeting me at that same wawa by my house I handed over my problems and prayed for a miracle. I was so impressed by the way "Rob" kept me informed about the progress of his work on my computer and the way he offered several different routes to a resolution working with my financial limitations and needs. Within just about 2 hours of meeting the man I knew exactly what was wrong with the PC and what would needed to be done to fix it. All of my information that was stored on the laptop was backed up and saved. In the end they ended up having to redo my entire system. When i got my computer back all the data was restored with nothing being deleted or lost, the virus and all traces of corruption were completely wiped out not to mention my laptop was running better than the day i first got it. Rob provided me with a couple friendly tips and encouraged me to call anytime Day or night if i ever needed any sort of assistance his only request was for me to spread the word. So here I confess, I found a great small honest computer repair business who made me feel genuinley greatful for awesome service, affordable pricing and convience.
