I am only giving 1 star because they were able to get me in the afternoon I called. The service was terrible! The pedi was done half *@&, barely got off all the color on my nails before filing and "cleaning cuticles". Painted the nails before scrubbing and motioning my legs which she barely did in less then a minute. The mani was just a bad. After taking off my gel she cut the nails soooo short without even asking how I wanted them cut. She coughed and cleared her throat throughout the service. Now I'm hoping I don't get sick! read more

I was treating myself to a manipedie. After I chose the color(to match my own, going on a trip so I could do any touch up) i sat in the chair. The man, owner? Got into it w the young employee in their language! He spoke ONE TIME (COLOR!) I questioned the color but he continued. He finished n stormed out the door! I have to ask if she's going to clean under my nails??she finishes me ,still in the chair. I question the color again i finally got mine out of my purse. I showed her n she says oh the sample are old n don't always match! She offered to put mine on OVER what she had just done. I was rushed and didn't get the full treatment. They had someone else booked at the same time as me. At first I had a 1:30 appt. They called and asked if I could come in at 11.15. I got there at 11:05. Sat down and another lady came in and said I'm here for my 11:15 appt. Same time as mine. I was rushed. My cuticles did not get removed all the way. I had cold water to soak my hand in and it is winter so that did not feel good. I did not get the lotion or hand massage. Then I was giving only one coat of nail polish. It should have been two. You can see my nails it's so thin . She then put the fan on my hands for maybe 2 minutes tops. Not enough time to dry .Then said thank you. My clue to leave. Honestly I could have painted my nails better myself. The guy that worked there was not friendly at all. The place was not very clean either. Alot of the polishes I looked at were very old and had oily stuff on the top. The one she used on me was very thick kinda sticky looking. I don't like to be a complainer but this review is the truth exactly what I experienced. Let my photos show the outcome. Taken one hour after appointment. I've been having my nails done for over 30 years and this was by far the BEST fill I've ever had! The woman who did my fill was so meticulous and spent the time to check and double check my nails. I wish she lived where I could have her do my nails every time but I was just passing through. They do a beautiful job on my nails each time I go. Today I got a new full set with shellac and a pedicure also with shellac. I am so happy with the attention to detail they show. The place is clean and welcoming. They are doing a very good job working within the Covid restrictions to remain open. I am glad to have this place in town to go to for my nails. One recommendation though, is to make your appointment in advance. They can't have as many people in there at a time due to Covid and so the walk in days are kind of over plus they're popular and pretty much always busy. I had to make this appointment 3 days in advance and after hearing their phone ring today off the hook while I was there, I am going to start making it a week out going forward. One thing I also want to mention is that these are new owners. They bought the place about a year and a half ago. The fall of 2019 to my best recollection. Looking through the reviews, it looks like date wise the bad reviews on here came from before the new owners. Just kind of unfair that they don't get a fresh start on reviews so I definitely hope more of their customers come forward with good reviews soon to set the record straight. read more

Overall good job on my nails, but a little rushed and the price seemed high for service. Mani/pedi was basic and less than an hour. Issue was my male technician was 100% mute. He did not show ANY expression, did not greet me, did not acknowledge me, did not smile and tapped my feet (and moved my feet in a sullen way). He didn't even thank me for a pretty generous tip (that's just who I am). It was an awkward experience for sure. Bummer cause limited services in this town. Worst manicure I have ever had in my life. Day before my wedding and I'm pretty sure he didn't even bother to cut my cuticles. Shaping is awful, I can see sanding lines in my nails and all the lengths are uneven. Ladies and gents, find another spot if you're looking for a manicure. Mt pedicure is okaaaay. Way too short in length, paint job is okay, but it was done by someone else. Oh and the husband kept staring at my friends chest the whole time he was working on her nails. I am from Seattle and I just moved here, I typically get shellac on my toes and acrylic/shellac on my finger nails. All places in Seattle that I have been to, barely last two weeks. The nail breaks, the shellac chips Etc. I am going in today for a fill and shellac color change and it has been a month! My nails still look perfect! The male nail tech did a prestige job! Very impressed! Although at time the services isn't great because they aren't very good with time management and taking walk ins. At times I have to wait or other people are waiting when we have made prior appointments. There's an even longer wait in the summer time because of tourist, but you won't be disappointed. Smaller salon (4 pedicure chairs, 3 nail stations, wax room) 2 technicians & a greeter/cashier person. Pretty quiet place. Pedicure short and sweet, sugar scrub included but nothing about callus or even an offer of callous scrub...which really could have used after moving..along with short soft massage. Didn't offer any nail art and had to put on my own shoes after??? We opted not to do our nails there one was going to be an acrylic fill and the other a gel manicure. It was my first time here in a few years and I was pleasantly surprised with all of their new decorations and upgrades! They offer microblading, waxing, eyelash extensions, and nails. Everything is decently priced. I had acrylics and a pedicure today and my acrylics are the best I've ever had! Bay, the man who did my nails, was very detailed and took his time on my nails. I visited this place a couple weeks ago. I needed a pedicure and thought I would try it. They are very nice, but they didn't spend very long on my feet or hands. They barely took care of my feet and when they did my nails (I don't get polish) he used the power sander on my cuticles. Now my nails are growing out and i have divots in my nails where he used the sander. The only good part about the experience was my toenails were freshly polished. I'd give 0 stars if possible. I've never had a worse experience at any business! I got a gel manicure that she charged me $40 for. She didn't trim my cuticles or do anything for the "manicure" besides put lotion on my hands and arms. My nails were soo thick, uneven, and stuck to my finger tips. When I showed them how stuck they were, the guy handed me a file while he went to work on someone else. I showed her what I wanted and what I got was nothing close. She cut my nails to about half the length they were and then filed them in different shapes. I was sick to my stomach paying that much for such a HORRIBLE job. My 7 year old son could have done better. We also called ahead to see if all 6 in my party could be done at the same time. We explained that we wanted 5 pedis and full set. They said yes and then when we showed up there were only two people working there and 3 usable pedi chairs. Needless to say, I will NEVER even consider going back. read more

It's a nail place in Cle Elum... what do you expect??? The service is just "ok." Which, to me, is better than I'd even expect to find in Cle Elum. I find that making an appointment is your best bet for getting in and out in any sort of a timely manner. The foot baths are always cold and less than a treat, but the employees are polite enough and the place tends to be pretty clean. I bring my own polish b/c whatever extenders (?) they put in theirs tend to dry oddly/discolored-ish. I dunno... it's about the type of service I expect to find in the middle of nowhere... if anyone has a better recommendation in Cle Elum I'd love to know. read more

Last week was the second time I had tried to like this place. The first time was a year ago, so I thought I'd give it another go. When I walked in, I was treated almost like a hassle. I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for a turn. First off, lets not call this service a pedicure. Lets call it a brief foot soak, an even briefer attempt at my heels with a used pumice stone and a polish. I didn't even have old polish on, so no work to be done there. No cuticle trim or cleaning. No scrubbing & exfoliating of the summer skin. The polish job was just ok, but sloppy on the smaller nails, and all the while, I had to endure Vietnamese television. A note about that: if I was in Vietnam, I'd expect to watch Vietnamese TV, no problem. But we're in Cle Elum here folks. America, American, English........ The restroom was out of toilet paper, so when my 7 year old used it, the paper towels they left there to use, clogged the toilet. I felt obligated to unclog it, but honestly I think it was done before she even got in there. So that was an extra special bonus. The guy doing my nails, kept leaving to answer the phone, and bounce back and forth in between me and another customer. When I checked out, after 30 minutes, the guy asked me for cash instead of the card I was offering him. Oh hello, skip out on taxes if you choose, but don't ASK me for cash when I'm obviously giving you a card. As I sat there, I observed the cleaning method. Once a customer left, cleaned with a nasty old sponge with a handle, rinsed and sprayed with a bit of alcohol. I'm no expert but it certainly left me wondering if that was enough. Additionally, files and pumice were clearly used over and over again without sanitizing. Hello nail fungus! Proceed at your own risk. I hope someone opens up another place in town. This is actually a great nail salon. I have lived in cle elum my whole life and we don't have a lot of places to get your nails done that don't charge an arm and a leg. They charge 25.00 for a full set of nails and 15.00 for a pedicure! WOW I say. I have payed 45.00 in town to get my nails done before and it is the same result weither you pay more or not. They do a good job and are really friendly. A little hard to understand since they don't speak english as well as say, Salon 2120, but the price is better and the quality of work is the same. I lived in seattle for a little while and most nail salons over there charge this same amount and when they opened their shop right down the hill from me and I saw how much they charged I couldn't believe it!
