    The ugly brown is what Sammie Jo did. The purple was my hair when I went in and the dark brown is what Hannah Marchel salon did to fix it.

    Your salon is a joke as is your professionalism. I only asked for my money back when I realized nothing was going to be done. Lol I only asked for a recut not even for the color to be fixed. As for "threats and insults" ? I would not consider saying that I would have to take things up with small claims and consumer protections a threat since you or Sammie did not care to rectify the situation. I am shocked at the lack of concern for my hair. As for what I can an can't afford lol I do not like having to pay 100$ to your salon only to pay 100$ to Hannah Marchel for another cut and color. Its obvious you don't care. So I will not return to your low end overpriced salon. I mean if I paid beauty school prices I would not be complaining. Lmfao. I would give 0 stars if I could. I showed up with grown out purple hair with an asymmetrical cut with an undercut. I scheduled with Sammie Jo. My roots were my natural color, gross ash that looks grey. I showed Sammie Jo a pic of an ash hombre with golden blonde ends. I told her I didn't care if she needed to use different colors (darker) because of the purple. She was confident that she could get the purple back to blonde. I let her know I was mostly concerned about my ugly roots. First she put in a color remover and set me under the dryer for 45 mins, I thought okay. Then she put a lightener with a 40 vol developer and set me under the dryer for another 45 mins I was concerned at this point and reiterated that we could use different colors she started she could get the colors in the pic. Then she put the 40 vol developer lightener on my ends again and set me under the dryer another 45 mins. At this point I was concerned and exhausted. After she realized the color was not going to come out she said we can put on another faux color and I stated that I could have done that at home as I had been doing my own purple for over a year. I wanted natural colors. I could not do an hombre so I elected to pay a stylist. Needless to say I was so tired I said Just dye it brown, which I could have done with less damage. It was an ugly gold brown. As for the cut I said just do a layered bob. She cut the bob used thinning shears on my already thin ends, making them stringy. The left side was longer (originally the shorter side) and had no layers and the right side was over layered. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and washed / styled it. I called and asked to to speak with the owner and was told she would get back to me by Monday, which she did not, I called again an was informed that I needed to take it up with the stylist, I was not comfortable with that, so she got on the phone. The best part is that they did not fix my hair or give me a refund and proceeded to blame me for my hair. They also sent me some snotty text messages because I said I would file a complaint with consumer protections and file small claims for my money and a me hair cut. Which is exactly what I did. Bad customer service, bad hair and no concern for what you look like when you leave. Kimmie is the owner and Sammie Jo was the stylist. I would avoid this place if you want a decent cut and color. I'm shocked that the owner was so rude and did nothing but give me hair masks for the breakage.

    My brows don't even look waxed.
