BEWARE! Tiffany Voshall the owner is a deceptive, lying con artist. She listed a tanning bed on FB Marketplace. Her ad said "like new" and came with a TMax Timer. We gave her a $50 dep and told her we were driving 6 hours to get it. Right before pick up she changed her ad on us!!! Removed the TMax timer and when I sent her screenshots of what she did she had ZERO REMORSE. The bed was nowhere near being "like new" missing screws everywhere, paint peeling, plastics not attached, dirty. You DO NOT change your ad AFTER you receive a deposit for something!! Thats a bait and switch. NOT AN HONEST PERSON HERE FOLKS!!! read more

Your salon is a joke as is your professionalism. I only asked for my money back when I realized nothing was going to be done. Lol I only asked for a recut not even for the color to be fixed. As for "threats and insults" ? I would not consider saying that I would have to take things up with small claims and consumer protections a threat since you or Sammie did not care to rectify the situation. I am shocked at the lack of concern for my hair. As for what I can an can't afford lol I do not like having to pay 100$ to your salon only to pay 100$ to Hannah Marchel for another cut and color. Its obvious you don't care. So I will not return to your low end overpriced salon. I mean if I paid beauty school prices I would not be complaining. Lmfao. I would give 0 stars if I could. I showed up with grown out purple hair with an asymmetrical cut with an undercut. I scheduled with Sammie Jo. My roots were my natural color, gross ash that looks grey. I showed Sammie Jo a pic of an ash hombre with golden blonde ends. I told her I didn't care if she needed to use different colors (darker) because of the purple. She was confident that she could get the purple back to blonde. I let her know I was mostly concerned about my ugly roots. First she put in a color remover and set me under the dryer for 45 mins, I thought okay. Then she put a lightener with a 40 vol developer and set me under the dryer for another 45 mins I was concerned at this point and reiterated that we could use different colors she started she could get the colors in the pic. Then she put the 40 vol developer lightener on my ends again and set me under the dryer another 45 mins. At this point I was concerned and exhausted. After she realized the color was not going to come out she said we can put on another faux color and I stated that I could have done that at home as I had been doing my own purple for over a year. I wanted natural colors. I could not do an hombre so I elected to pay a stylist. Needless to say I was so tired I said Just dye it brown, which I could have done with less damage. It was an ugly gold brown. As for the cut I said just do a layered bob. She cut the bob used thinning shears on my already thin ends, making them stringy. The left side was longer (originally the shorter side) and had no layers and the right side was over layered. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and washed / styled it. I called and asked to to speak with the owner and was told she would get back to me by Monday, which she did not, I called again an was informed that I needed to take it up with the stylist, I was not comfortable with that, so she got on the phone. The best part is that they did not fix my hair or give me a refund and proceeded to blame me for my hair. They also sent me some snotty text messages because I said I would file a complaint with consumer protections and file small claims for my money and a me hair cut. Which is exactly what I did. Bad customer service, bad hair and no concern for what you look like when you leave. Kimmie is the owner and Sammie Jo was the stylist. I would avoid this place if you want a decent cut and color. I'm shocked that the owner was so rude and did nothing but give me hair masks for the breakage. read more

I come here to get my nails done and go tanning. The location is super-convenient as it's right next to my work and across from the CWU campus. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating in doing their best to service all of their walk-ins. Another plus is that since they remodeled and were renamed, it's always well-decorated, organized and clean! read more

I love love love this salon! I've used it for many services. I get my hair done by Sammie Jo and she always done such a great job. I leave feeling so fresh! She is the bomb diggity at blondies. I also use their tanning beds. So powerful and get the job done flawlessly. The owner Kim always has great deals on tanning packages! I just recently had my eyelashes done by Maddie and I'm in love! Not only was it super relaxing but they were so full and beautiful! I will continue to use this salon for all my services! read more

I just got my lip and brows waxed and I am very unhappy with how they turned out. My brows still had lots of little hairs that the lady neglected to remove with tweezers. She was very friendly but did not get the job done. Lip hairs were left behind as well. Not precise and detailed like most waxing appointments should go. read more

I went to check out this salon and when I approached the counter I was barely acknowledged by the bleach blond behind the counter. When u tried to ask her about the packages they offered she moved her body and pointed at a sign, she did this instead of actually addressing my question. We asked if there was any open beds and even though we could see open ones she claimed that their beds were all full, but I didn't see anyone else there except for her. She was rude and snippy, and apparently she didn't want my business. read more
