I went to see Ms. Shaheen Ghafari last Wednesday for my first Botox treatment. I am in my late 30s and I've always been insecure about my frown line between my eyebrows. Anytime I would be reading or be focused on something my coworkers would ask me why I looked so mad lol. I guess I had a Resting Mad Face. I was extremely nervous since this was my first-time getting Botox, which was mostly attributed to my ignorance on its affects. To my surprise it didn't hurt at all. This place is awful, i came in about a month ago to get my Masetter botox. The foreign nurse injector was very rude and not friendly or willing to answer my questions. I got a huge about of 30 units on each side and no effect was seen. My new injector stated that Med Elume spa did not inject it properly or barely any. At this fairfax medspa, the foreign lady injector is not experienced and she put all into one spot and didn't even do multiple areas of the jaw like my current one. Since the I was my first time and I had a few questions about the safety and she just disregarded saying it's botox i can't guarantee if it'll mess up your smile and if she injects into wrong muscle she stated it's not her fault. read more

Shaheen brought in a device that surpasses them all: morpheus 8! I have been a long-time sufferer of acne pick scars and enlarged pores. I had another treatment done a while back (over a year and a half ago) at another medspa and the results were less than desirable. By this time I figured I needed more treatment and Olga was extremely honest and professional and told me that I did not need it. She could have easily told me I should do it and just taken my money. I seldom post reviews, but Shaheen and Vee are well deserving of this one. I've been going for laser treatments (skin-tight, IPL, and Venus) for a few years now. I've always been extremely satisfied with the results and their prices are very reasonable. What I like best is that I'm never pressured about the services that I want to do. They're always positive and make me feel good about myself. Recently I decided to do Venus therapy on my legs to both reduce cellulite and reduce extra fat on my legs. I called and the reception desk said no problem if you can keep the delay to 30 min or less. 40 min later (traffic) I walked in and they said no problem we can do this!
