It's been the same lady each time , charging me extra. Never, had any of the other ladies , in all my years, charged me extra for polishing my toes with more than one color. Is it more costly to polish one toe with another polish? Is it that much more work ? Is it more time consuming? Is it that bothersome? I wanted to ask for my tip back, to cover for the extra charge. How about a bottle of water or a can of pop to cover that extra charge? (They never offer a bottle of water or can of pop either!) As soon as I realized we were going to be late, I called the salon and asked if it was still okay for us to come. They said yes, so we came. When we got there, my nail artist was very short and rude with me. I understand that I was late and that it was frustrating, and honestly, I would have completely understood if they had told me they couldn't take us anymore. But since I had called and was told it was okay, I wasn't expecting to feel like we were an inconvenience the entire time. She did my pedicure and manicure and I paid. It wasn't until afterward, when I looked at the prices, that I realized parts of my service had been skipped. I understand that there may not have been enough time because we were late, but I really wish someone had just told me. If I had known I wasn't going to get the full service, I would have happily skipped my manicure and let someone who was waiting have my spot. And now, only three days later, two of my gel nails have already chipped. I know being late was on me, and I'm not upset that they had less time because of that. I just wish there had been better communication and that I had been treated a little more kindly. I would have been much more understanding if someone had simply explained the situation to me.

For my pedicure, it took about an hour and 45min and I only booked the herbal pedicure. The water was freezing cold, the tech would just leave me and do other things, skipped exfoliation till after painting my gel nails. Told her after how long it took I didn't have time for my pedicure that I don't have the time to get a manicure. She assured me and said she can do it in 25min, I then agreed if she can do it that quickly then ok. I regret that decision now. They couldn't find the color I wanted, totally fine and said I can find another color. But she was yelling at the host to find the color and it was really uncomfortable as the host was saying multiple times they couldn't find it. She gets to prepping my nails, and used the nail file so quick and hit 8 nail beds causing them the bleed, red and/or be extremely sensitive the next day. Got the gel nail polish on some of my skin, she cut too deep with the clippers, and there is like dry and scabbed skin around my nail beds now. She asked me why I was needing to leave so quickly and I told her I had errands and things to do after. She then made a comment saying, "you walk a lot?" And then laughed at me.
