I don't know a lot about garage door repair so I really appreciated the extra mile of him explaining exactly what had gone wrong and what needed to be replace. We had gotten another estimate and the pricing was an extremely good value as well. Within an hour of work he was finished and we have a working garage again! It's extremely hard to find quality repairs, and with EZ you not only get that but they were fast and the price was right as well. I said, "no it's for making 'pocket holes'". After trying to help him understand what a pocket hole was he the proceeded to yell at me saying "we don't sell the damn jig" Really rude and really unprofessional. I was expecting to see a variety of used items much like a thrift store, so I was surprised to see a mixture of new and used items. Most everything they sold was in some way or another a home improvement item, be it actual building materials or items to add to your decor. While the inventory was quite varied and expansive, I felt the prices were a bit high for the offerings. Sure, some were priced just right, but I didn't find anything that was such a steal I just had to buy it. I suppose I can add this place to my list of thrift stores, especially if I want a used door, window, or cabinetry item, but I'll search elsewhere for other items.
