Now I'm here doing both because of how incredibly impressed I am with Dr. Frank and the whole staff at Broadview Health Center. Last February I was pretty miserable. I had put on quite a bit of unwanted weight which I knew wasn't healthy. I was trying everything I could to get the extra pounds off but nothing seemed to work. I needed help "cracking the code" to get my body to cooperate. I came across an ad for HealthyOne Weight Loss and decided to give it a try. And I am SO glad I did because this program is scientifically based on body chemistry, AND IT WORKS. From the onset the staff was personable, professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I felt welcome just walking in the door. Dr Frank assessed my needs and developed an individualized diet program for me. Next thing I knew, the pounds were melting off. At first I was worried it would be difficult to stick to it, but it was not hard at all. Not only was I meeting with Dr. Frank once a week for coaching, but he was also available through text anytime I had a question or needed encouragement. The results have been amazing. I started the program March 12. As of June 15 I have shed 45 pounds and I'm still losing. I have never felt better in my life. One of the best parts of this is that the program is completely based on food you get at your local grocery store, so the healthy habits you form that caused the weight loss can be maintained for life. Throughout the last part of my pregnancy, I was able to see 3 different doctors in the practice (Belardo, Kerr, and Christian) and was thrilled with all of them. I felt listened to and cared about and never felt like I was rushed in appointments, which is a big statement in a medical setting. Everyone was friendly, open, and caring. I was overly "referred" in my former practice- the doctor wouldn't advise me on any concerns I had, she merely referred me to other (VERY expensive) specialists who ended up telling me nothing besides that I was pregnant and what I was experiencing was fine. The doctors at Westshore present themselves as incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and they can handle whatever you are dealing with in your pregnancy. Dr. Belardo also stuck around for many hours past her on call time to deliver my baby, which was so appreciated as I had a very long and difficult labor, so having such a friendly, caring, and familiar face with me to deliver my baby was so helpful for me and my husband. I can't recommend them enough.

I have gone to many Physical Therapy places, including those operated by major prestigious hospital…read moresystems. In my experience too many times I found the treatment to be a common set of exercises, time after time. Too many times the results were little or no effect. I found myself asking, "This isn't helping. This is a waste of time". I began to develop a negative opinion towards PT. Yet, my wife experienced very good results and had high praise for the professionals. We went to different places. So I couldn't dismiss it. Many places employ people with the required education, training, and experience. What I have learned is that there are only a few places with people who have something else that enable them to get results where others do not. In sports we call them Champions. I have since found a couple Physical Therapy places that distinguish themselves way above others and who have helped me greatly. Prue Physio is one of them. To me their knowledge level is clearly above other places I have been. While I have conditions that will never go away completely, they have helped me get to an easily manageable place with much welcome relief of stress and pain. Let me emphasize, "What a relief". Everyone was nice and helpful. Everything, scheduling, billing, was quick and easy. At my age, stage in life, I know there will be more issues coming and I'll be going back to Pure Physio because what I'm interested in is results.
