I used to struggle with severe cystic acne and as my skin has cleared up and been consistent for awhile, I wanted to get rid of some scarring and possibly prevent further breakouts. I'm only 20, so investing in my skin is super important to me as I haven't had the same experience as many others and I'm ready to live out some clear skin days! After 4 weeks, the results were amazing. So much of my scarring was gone and I don't break out on my forehead nearly as much. I'd love to get one more done to really solidify and advance the results and hope to soon. I saw Theresa- who was incredibly personable and sweet. The next service I got was 2 weeks ago and I got Restalyne Defyne lip fillers. I saw Dr. Justin Harper who was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and eased any nerves I had. My biggest concern was the pain but he numbed my mouth first with a few injections that were SO TINY- I couldn't even tell anything was touching my mouth and I am a baby when it comes to that stuff. I am even scared of going to the dentist. The actual injection was completely painless as well and quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes. He warned me I might feel some tender spots and I didn't even feel that. The healing process was easier than expected too. I was swollen the first night and bruised the next couple days but completely fine after 4. I was worried they weren't going to be as big as I wanted once the healing process started but at my 2 week mark today- I am so happy with the results. I have gotten so many compliments and questions and feedback and I am so happy that I did it. I can't wait to go back and get more services done. Truly an amazing, professional and clean environment. Two of the areas have improved since treatment, but one area is larger than ever before. Today, I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon and was told that CoolSculpting should have never been suggested for that area and now I will need actual surgery. To assure a patient that something will work and to make them feel comfortable while charging large amounts of money for something known to not work is insane. Get second opinions!

It wasn't brought to our attention that there were showers, sandals, or additional post service accouterment like razors, combs, lotion, hair ties, dry shampoo, etc. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could come prepared. We were told about the robes available to use so that was nice. I've never had a maternity massage so I can't compare it but it was nice. Took a little trial and error to get comfortable. They offer a bolster to allow you to lie on your stomach. I think perhaps it's better suited for someone not so far along, or just with different anatomy. The hole for my stomach did not feel deep enough and I felt pressure on my belly which was uncomfortable. My masseuse was gracious to work with me to get comfortable on my side and had a bolster to lie on my back as well. The "scalp treatment" was pretty basic and left much to be desired. I think they put peppermint oil on their fingers and then push your hair around your head. It absolutely was not worth the time or price we paid. I kept my opinions to myself as I tend to be a tougher critic than my husband but as we left he mentioned his thoughts on the "scalp treatment"- his words were I could have done without that- the hair dresser does a better job- I agree. We usually go to Panacea Spa but they were booked so a friend suggested Woodhouse Spa. It's really difficult to compare the two as Panacea is a true luxury experience albeit with a price tag to match. With our scalp add ons we paid almost the same as we would have at Panacea and by no means was it a paralleled experience. We might consider trying a basic massage service again but certainly not our first pick here in Columbus. Not bad just not amazing.
