I was told that I would need 8 sessions which I purchased. By the 6th session, I had hair growth in places that I never had growth in. I told this to the technician upon my next visit, and she assured me that it was normal, and the laser could promote hair growth in other areas. Ok, what now? came to my mind. She didn't feel the need to explain anything else, offer anything else, or maybe apologize for not fully giving information on the consultation and only saying "you're a good candidate. You will need 8 sessions at least". After the 8th session, I still had hair growth in the places that I had before, and then some. There was reduction obviously, but the fact that I had to shave for so long resulting in coarse hair killed my happiness over my lost hair. I called them twice after the 8th visit to see if they were willing to offer anything. They did tell me to come in, but it didn't sound like they were going to give me a free session so I skipped.
