I reached out on to request a refund on behalf of my friend who felt bad because I didn't receive the card. She did not say one word to me other than what she absolutely had to. She did highlights and a cut. The highlights didn't set up. I knew they wouldn't----she only left them on maybe 15 minutes. The cut was decent but she took off way more than I asked. At the end I ended up getting charged an additional $15 for something she came up with. They also don't sell products. Really???
