Since, I began my procedures ( tri-lift ^ microneedling) , I have seen results. My scarring is less visible and my pores has reduced. I was told that this process will take time in seeing results. Aesthetician spent 10 minutes working on my face if that. She basically swiped my face several times with dry whatever. 1 star -- Bait-and-Switch, High-Pressure Sales, and Bigoted Sales Rep Iridescent Medical Spa -- Clinton Twp location I came in for a relaxing Triple Lift Facial. What I got was an hour-long high-pressure sales pitch before my facial even began -- the kind that leaves you shaking, not glowing. The Facebook ad promises a multi-device treatment covering face, neck, and jowls for $89.99. What I actually received was a basic facial with cryo on my jowl area -- nothing resembling the multi-device Triple Lift treatment shown in the ad. I have the screenshots. Their own ad and website can't even agree on the "original value" -- $400 in one place, $499.99 in another. Before I even sat down for my facial, the sales rep Jamsen spent a full hour pushing a completely different, far more expensive muscle-toning membership -- telling me the advertised Triple Lift Facial "won't do anything" and that it's the muscles underneath that need to be toned. I kept asking: isn't that what the ad promises? He kept deflecting, claiming they had no control over the advertising. Their own advertising. I wasn't even clear on what service I was there to receive -- he never explained it. He just kept pushing a membership. I told him I have serious health issues and upcoming procedures and wasn't going to commit to monthly treatments or any membership without even having received a service first. He asked how my credit was. When I said I might return in six months after my medical procedures, he told me the offer would no longer be valid and it would cost thousands more. Buy it today or lose it forever -- the oldest high-pressure tactic in the book. The pressure did not stop. When I mentioned my own medical-grade device purchased at a reputable Las Vegas boutique, he called it a knock-off and made repeated derogatory references to "foreigners" selling imitations from China -- specifically referencing Israelis, claiming he used to work for them on the Vegas Strip. I pushed back every time he said it. He kept repeating it. He then pointed to the exact same device on his own shelf -- a device that retails for thousands of dollars -- and still refused to acknowledge mine was legitimate, even after I told him it is registered on the manufacturer's official website. It works beautifully at home. He didn't want to hear it. At checkout they tried to charge me $99.99. The woman behind me spoke up and confirmed the advertised price was $89. They didn't even have proper change -- someone pulled cash from their own pocket to make change. The woman behind her had been waiting over an hour and demanded to speak to management. It was complete chaos -- multiple unhappy clients, multiple visible salesmen offices, staff scrambling. They also pushed everyone to sign up for an app promising a free $50 add-on at time of service -- which was never offered or applied when I asked about it. Be aware: the high-pressure sales does not stop after your service either. Olivia the esthetician was warm, professional, and genuinely tried to give me a good experience despite everything around her. While I was changing to prepare for my service, she went directly to Jamsen's office and called management in as well. When she came to me afterward she said, "my blood is boiling" and told me she had said exactly what was on her mind about his bigoted remarks and his sales tactics. Her last scheduled day was Thursday but she told me she didn't think she could come back after this. She left because this place no longer aligned with her values. She deserved far better. Make SURE You read the contract!! They don't call it a contract, but indeed it is, and there's all kinds of rules and regulations in there. Make sure you don't sign up if you're not sure because you will never get a refund from these people and it's expensive like $3600! There is a Consumer Law against how the contract specifies. ladies and gentlemen don't waste your money. i responded to the $79.00 special july 2024 because i wanted to treat my self for my 80th birthday in august. everyone tells me i look like i am in my mid to late 60s so i just wanted to tighten up the skin around my mouth noah explained to me what i needed since i have no jowl or sagging skin at the jaw and that would cost around $2000. started the treatment noah recommended with brookline and i broke out with a rash. i contacted brooklyn and said i want my money back. they had me come back to speak with their dermatologist michael he said the rash would go away and no i actually needed the trilift no surgical face lift and needling not what noah recommended. again more money, michael gave me several trilift treatments and two needling treatments and said i should have great results and my friends would be telling me how great i look and would be asking what spa i am going to for my skin care. each time i came in for the treatments michael would try to sell me products which he said would make the procedures work quicker two of the vial was several thousand dollars but i could have it for $2000 another time the small capsule's to help speed up the process were in the hundreds of dollars. i feel totally ripped off because their was absolutely no improvement's what so ever to my skin and face. my last visit again michael was on his game to sell me more treatments which would be only $1300 because he would be giving me an incredible good deal. right!!!!i i said absolutely not because i already have payed you almost $4000 and there has not been any change. this company has totally taken advantage of me. brooklyn and the other young ladies were all very unexperienced and brooklyn started giving me the cold shoulder and was getting snippy because the treatments were not working. i let everyone in the office know i was not happy because there was no improvement so then the started saying it takes 3 months to see improvement. i am horribly disappointed and will contact the better business bureau. this is a shame that i was so excited about this and now i am out the money. sharon s read more
