I would have been a new client & was not aware of this but I was called into work. And they did not even have my credit card yet & are already threatening to charge me. Not a great first impression. I went today and had my eyebrows tinted and when I booked the service online it said it cost $20. When I got to the register to pay, she said $30. I questioned her on the price and she said oh it's $30 I should've told you before I started. Why was this 50% more than what is posted online ?! I came home and looked on her website again and it says $20. I still left of her a generous tip anyway. While she was doing my service. I felt like the conversation was forced. It was a bit uncomfortable I felt she really had no interest in getting to know me as a potential new client. I mentioned I was interested in a lash service as well & she didn't even offer to book me or say if she had time today while I was there. Ehhhh was my experience. I see they do hair here & said the hair products smell so good. That would've been a good opening to say- "you should get your hair done here" I would've booked a cut & color if the vibe was more warm & welcoming. I need a place that does all these things & it's unfortunate it won't be this place.

She made me feel at ease by outlining the appointment and technique. I really stressed that I wanted a natural brow due to my low maintenance lifestyle. She explained and encouraged me to trust the process. After she measured and "mapped out" my eyebrows, I decided not to review it. I was afraid I wouldn't know what I was looking at or that it would seem scary. So ultimately, I decided to trust the process and the professional. I was in such "brown shock" at the end that I cried and asked permission to hug Beth! I absolutely love my results. The healing process has been super easy (3 days out) and I love the little goody bag with products and instructions I was sent home with! If you are contemplating brows, think no more and book! During the initial visit she wiped off the ink and then applied more on and asked if I'd be ok with leaving it on for another hour and taking it off when I got home (never completing the service). FOUR days later it was all GONE. I messaged Beth and she said "it's called ghosting phase, people typically lose 30-50% of ink, it will reappear." 2 weeks later I still had no eye brows so I messaged Beth again and she told me "its ghosting they will come back, touch-ups are important." I cancelled the next apt and asked for a refund, she agreed but only gave me $25 back b/c I didn't give her notice (remind you, she rescheduled on me 4 times). I'm very unhappy with my results and lost a lot of money and I lost 100% of the microblading b/c she did it wrong and she knew it was wrong, that's why she asked me leave with ink on my face. Any "professional artist" would have refunded an unhappy client, instead Beth blamed me for not wanting to continue paying her "touch-ups." In order to get "desired results" you have to continue to go back and pay for touchups. You can't waste her time, but she can waste yours.

I first went to Heather to correct years of over waxing which left me with thin & uneven brows, not a good look. She shaped my brows so well. I personally think I aged backwards 5 years. Going from almost no brows to perfect for my face brow is life changing!! After the birth of my son I struggled with pigmentation issues on my lips. If you know, you know. It gave me a grayed look.
