She was very informative and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. This is my second nostril piercing, so she took extra time and care into lining up the two piercings as much as possible. She did a fantastic job! They answered right away and were able to give me a quote over the phone, Steph is so kind! The whole experience of getting the piercing was excellent, any questions I had were answered and I felt at ease about the whole process (I had scar tissue from when I first had my ears pierced with a gun so I was concerned about that affecting the process and was able to discuss my concerns and felt reassured that it wouldn't be an issue). Steph was quick and explained everything as she went, we ended up having a great conversation. During checkout they give you an after care pamphlet and stress to please call if you have any issues with your piercing! After checking out their work, two of the artist that came in at the top of my list were Zay and Connor. I called and spoke with Hannah who told me to come in so we could go over what I wanted and where I wanted my tattoo. Zay just happened to be at the shop when I came in, and after a detailed conversation with him he seemed to be the perfect choice for my design. All of the photos I saw of Zay's work were clean and very detailed, so I locked him in as the artist to revitalize an old tattoo that needed resurrecting. Zay and I communicated back and forth until we had the perfect design (which myself and a friend created). He went to work etching my design and soon the transformation began. Zay is very knowledgeable and extremely talented, he did a great job with my tattoo.
