Since they have agreed to provide the refund, it's taken 7 weeks, my signature to agree to cancel (countersigned), and my 10+ follow up. As of now the refund has not been given. They also lied the reason of taking this long, forced me to put me on the phone. Now they're blackmailing me to remove my reviews "if" I want the refund, in spite of the fact it's what they have already promised and confirmed. I am a very fair person and if they did follow through what they promised I was willing to update the review, however, they can't buy my free right now... after 7 weeks? Even when I contacted him initially about a possible case that we didn't pursue he gave me his personal contact info so I would have it if I needed him. Truly friendly and nice man! It is very important when you are in a vulnerable situation to have a person that actually cares about you and is ethical and will not take advantage of the situation because you are vulnerable and hurting. My manipulating unethical divorce attorney hurt me in spades and as a result I didn't know what to expect in this new situation. As I mentioned above, Daniel had given me his information in a short conversation awhile back, so I decided to give him a try when this hit and run accident happened to me... and I am so glad that I did! The day came when I did need him I was hit by a hit-and-run drunk driver in a big white truck. It was terrifying and not only did my car get damaged but the accident left me with some back and neck pain. Daniel got me in touch with some doctors right away both regular doctors, also chiropractic an mri office. The mri showed some spine and neck trauma from being hit. This was also during a very difficult time it was during the pandemic lock down beginning a few weeks after the accident.
