The WOSRT PART is that BOTH of my big toe nails are infected. I didn't see it until the gel grew out. I also have hematomas at my cuticle line from trauma. It's believed that they filed them down too much causing the trauma AND infection. 100% do not recommend. I'd attach the photo of my toes nails, but I'm complete embarrassed and disgusted.

I think the owner did a great job rotating and communicating with her workers and I also think they weren't scrambling or rushed which I appreciated.
