The walls/ceilings are paper thin, when someone closes a door above you the wall shakes etc. The studio "suites" are also misleading- it is a shared entry way with the room next door (not sure what purpose the entry way serves) but if you have unkind neighbors, the door slamming/people crowding in doorway will keep you up. We traveled with our one child who was kept up by the 3+ children next door going in and out of the shared doorway, as well as the children/family above us morning, noon and night. The family next door continued to prop the "suite" door open which made me feel weird that they decided who got access to our room etc. At one point the neighbor children were sitting in the entry way- I had to ask them to move so my family could walk out of the door. Again, I have a kid and understand it can be difficult but when I'm having to step over other people's to get out of my hotel room with no parents in sight it becomes really uncomfortable. Additionally, the 2 EV chargers it shows available were out of service. Just a heads up for my EV friends!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Alexia, who checked us in with the kind of warmth you wish your family gave you at holidays. Bonus points for letting us check in early! And let's talk valet parking - it was quick, it was easy, and best of all, our car stayed snow-free in the garage (goodbye, snow-covered car blues). Our room? Cozy and comfy! We had a king-sized bed that felt great after long ski days, plus a pull-out couch that could comfortably fit our two boys (8 & 4). The fireplace? Perfect for those chilly winter nights when you want to feel fancy, but also warm and toasty. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. The shared balcony was HUGE--ideal for watching snow fall, although we did wish for some patio furniture to sit and sip hot cocoa. But hey, it's a shared space, so I get it! If you're lucky enough to have Titanium status (yes, it's as fancy as it sounds), you'll score complimentary breakfasts at Leo every morning. There were four options on the menu - see picture for "Platinum" options - and it was still a great start to our mornings. The place is sleek and modern, but unfortunately, a little understaffed, which made breakfast a slow burn. However, we were lucky enough to have Thomas, our French waiter who was basically the embodiment of charm. He served us with a smile three of our five day stay and made us feel like we were at a Michelin-star restaurant (though no Michelin stars were involved). Now, the location is PRIME. We were literally steps away from everything--restaurants (Poco Loco, Forge, I'm looking at you), ski rentals, lifts, and the Tremblant Activity Centre. We could even pop over to the water park, Mission Laser, and more in just a few minutes. Oh, and those ski lockers on the third floor? A game-changer. Just grab your gear and you're on the lift in minutes--goodbye, waiting in line! We had such a blast that we're already planning our return next year. It's about 100m walk from the main gondola, and on the way you pass the ski rental office and the ski school meeting location. The unit we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with two single beds (there was also a sofa bed). There was two bathrooms (one is an ensuite), one of which had a bath. Each apartment has it's own ski locker out the front, which made handling skis and boards easy. The kitchen is pretty big, and well equipped. There is a balcony with a BBQ, but we didn't get a chance to use it. I would totally stay here again - the location was perfect, and apartment had everything you could wan for a ski weekend.

Due to covid, they did not do daily room cleanup, but provide ample towels and more can be requested without any questions. We had kureg machine in our room, and when we asked for 6 more pods at reception, they gave them right away without and questions or pushback. Location: In the center of the village, a minute walk from the gondola. There are a bunch of restaurants, bars, candy shops minutes away. Cost: Around 200$ a night for a room during covid. For that price it is with it.

We were offered to upgrade at no cost however were happier with the layout of the smaller room. Fireplace and wood included which was a beautiful addition. Updated kitchen and bathroom with all the kitchenware you would need (fondu kit included). Was very impressed with the overall maintenance, hard to find a trustworthy hot tub! Boyfriend forgot his computer charger there and they even brought it with them on their next visit into Montreal. Would love to come back here in the summer and take advantage of their lakeside amenities.

Please don't be a Karen, anyways while she looked for the email she knew she didn't have (to show she requested a balcony even though it was common sense the she was to get a room with balcony) the receptionist apologized even though he had no fault and checked us in. It literally took less than 3 min and we were given our key card and instructions about the hotel. The hotel looks very nice and in great shape, I think it was recently renovated. It's wheelchair and stroller accessible from beginning to end, they have underground parking (15$/day). I did see a lot of parents with kids and well with the scene my kids put up, it's safe to say the hotel is newborn/ toddler friendly. The room was clean, great floor plan and well equipped for a short term stay. I liked the location of the hotel as it's directly in the city but to the side so you don't listen to the noisy people at night. The sanitation staff is really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very mediocre but the cappuccino is delicious the pool is a. I've size and very clean, there's a lifeguard on duty (depends if they wanna show up) and the water was murky (I guess from everyone's sunblock). There's a decent sized jacuzzi but the water is not hot but you still can chill there at night. I'd definitely return, my daughter enjoyed the pool and I loved our room and our view (pool view)/l hotel entrance. Great hotel at a great rate!

Loved this location as it was at the base of the mountain. Rooms were nice. Loved having a fireplace, full kitchen and a separate bedroom w/ 2 beds. You pay about $5 USD for 1 Duraflame log or you can be grimy and steal them from the outside chimenas .. (we did not) Breakfast is complementary. They have a ski locker so bring a lock Plenty of parking IMPORTANT! The hotel is built on levels so to get to our room we got off the elevator then had 2 sets of multiple stairs to get to our room. Meaning we could NOT use the Uboat to carry our stuff. Hubby and kid were not happy carrying all our stuff down stairs and down the hall. We drove so we had food/water etc for the week. We did bump into a worker and he helped us with our many bags/etc. (yes we tipped). Back to the room consisted of MULTIPLE trips due to the stairs. Once you book make sure you call so you don't have a room After the stairs (unless you don't care). I never even thought of this.. but next time I will .. one set was fine but 2 were too much for me (I believe there was still another set after my room).

We…read moreused the hot tub amenity.. and he came out telling us that we had to get out (it was late so this was totally fine in circumstance) we just did not know it was closed. We started to get out and we found him to be staring at us in our bathing suits. I am 20 years old and my sister is SIXTEEN!!!! This became an issue after I told him to look the other way while we were changing, and he still starred while making comments. It made me feel uncomfortable right away and I wanted to leave our vacation the minute this happened. The disrespect and lack of human decency was absurd. Again, this hotel was amazing, but the man we had to deal with caused us major issues. Nobody should ever have to deal with someone like this.. it was an act of perversion.
