Do NOT trust this place. It is a scam to take your money. I went there yesterday with my friend out of curiosity, and it was a complete disappointment. At first, the man tried to guess things about us. He was somewhat correct about my friend, but everything he said about me was completely wrong. My gut feeling told me not to trust him, but I still let him do a reading -- and it was a big mistake. He couldn't tell me anything specific about my past or future. Instead, he said I have a "bad spirit" from my ancestors and that I needed to pay for another service with his "special candle" that costs $1,200 to remove it. That is ridiculous. How can a bad spirit just magically disappear because of him and a candle? He couldn't even explain clearly what my ancestors supposedly did. He also went along with my friend joking about Satan and sacrifices without realizing it was a joke. Everything he said in the tarot reading was extremely generic -- half good, half bad -- things that could apply to anyone. I lost $80 for this. He refused to accept bank or credit cards and made us go withdraw cash. He even walked with us to the bank to make sure he got his money. Run. Before they take your money and do the same. I came to them extremely vulnerable and they took advantage of that. I spent a lot of money only to be ignored and given vague readings with no real updates. I regret letting her talk me into spending more. It's a con shop. 1 star since 0 was not an option. I called her because of the good reviews and asked some questions of what to expect during the reading. She seemed like she would be detailed and connect well but this was a total fake reading. It seemed like she was reading off of a script but to be nice I told her I didn't seem to resonate with anything she said within 5 minutes of the reading of which 3 minutes were sending a payment and making a wish and telling her my wish. I let it go another 5 minutes of which another 2-3 were me telling her how nothing sounded like me - so total of 10 minutes. She decided to ask me whats on my mind and make 2 wishes and tell her 1 of them. When I told her i didn't feel like I connected and that someone else had said the exact same words to me, what I meant was that person was not genuine and it was all scripted and she was giving me the same info. But she tried convincing me that if multiple people are telling me something it must be true. But come on, things like you're born on a lucky day and you have a stable career and there is someone in your love life who you miss and when I said i have no one she switched it to it being a platonic female relationship and not romantic relationship. I kid you not she was reading a script like it was memorized. Then when I asked her if she would be able to refund since we barely talked for 10 minutes and she agreed but never sent the refund. Sure it was just $50 but some people don't make much and they take out $50 from their hard earned money and put their trust in someone's service. You should appreciate it when the customer decides not to waste your time since there was no connection and requests a refund. And if you don't intend on giving the refund then you should not say you will. Please stay away from this reader. She just walked into the house and chit chatted with her sister and started reading some generic lines. read more

I wasn't sure quite what to expect when going in. This was my first professional tarot reading -- previously, only friends had done them for me as practice. I was half-convinced I'd walk out with a few generalised explanations and nothing more. Thankfully, I was wrong. I paid 160 dollars for myself and my family members to receive a reading from a medium. We traversed the 3 flights of stairs to a glass locked door, and knocked. A woman who appeared to be in her early 30s opened the door and there was an older child holding a baby in the living areA. This woman was East Indian and held readings in her Dumm St apartment where it was clearly her home. There appeared to be an older child and an infant along with an adult male who carried trash bags through the living room where the reading took place. It seemed unprofessional. The reader did not know any non-general information about my loved one who passed. She asked a lot of questions to gain information from me and my family in regards to my loved one, like name, relationships, gender, age, and details about the death. She didn't know any details and overall seemed like a fraudulent medium. read more

This review is for Embarcadro Psychic, also listed on some sites as Embarcadero Psychic, located at 17 Drumm St. Here's my backstory: I'm an R&D & consulting scientist/engineer w/a grad degree in the sciences, and a mystic, spiritual teacher/healer & intuitive. I've had cold readings from 295+ psychics in my life. Since I'm a mystic, my life is filled with Divine love & grace; b/c my mind is calm & quiet, and b/c I am open and very well-grounded (these latter 2 qualities are essential for a good reading), it's very easy for a good psychic to read me, but a poor psychic won't see much b/c there are no dramas in my life to cause big blips on the psychic radar screen. Please note that when I visit psychics, I'm NOT seeking help w/problems, nor w/wishes, nor seeking answers or advice, nor spiritual guidance. Rather, I visit them because God/Source asks me to & b/c it's fun to connect w/supernatural readers. I felt that this price was too low, and so I paid her $60 up front. As I always do w/readings, this was a totally cold reading: I told her, prior to the start, only my first name, which was all that she asked for. I also mentioned that I was staying at a hotel in SF for 8 days, and that I'd grown up in the NYC area. I told her nothing more about myself until after the reading had ended. I also told her that I was not very interested in predictions about the future, since the future is difficult to predict, due to free will & retrocausality. Victoria turned out to be one of the 3 most powerful and accurate psychics whom I've ever met; she definitely has "the juice" (psychic ability). I went to get a reading and she told me to stand by the door and from there we talked and she asked me to put my name in the paper and my birthday and she asked me to pay her in cash and I paid $240 for the reading I never get, she told me to come back and she will do my readings but instead she offer me to buy this big monumental pointed rose quarts for $750, I said I don't have money for that and then she offer me the small one for $120, I paid her for my reading but she is offering me those stones for healing instead, I never get my money back, I just think about it as a loss. THEY SCAMMED ME $2000, HER MOTHER RAISED HER DAUGHTER TO USE HER PSYCHIC ABILITIES TO SCAM PEOPLE. Last year i went to see Victoria for a psychic reading. I was in a low point in my life and looking for direction so i decided to go to Embarcadero psychic. I saw a couple psychics before so i knew some idea what to expect. She gave a good impression, proved to me she was psychic and she offered to do a chakra cleansing which is quite a common thing in the psychic circle so i decided to do and it was only $400. The money pays for these special candles which increases her psychic ability when she meditates and she can see more into my life and she can increase my mood and remove negative energy, its complicated to explain but it worked. the next day i had this weird energy i can't explain it but it definitely helped me feel better, so i trusted her abilities from that point. She called me and wanted to talk to me in person so i went to see her and her mother was there and she did most of the talking. When they realised i was a loner and travelling a lot by myself which Victoria found by using her psychic ability, they completely changed their tune. As soon as i met her mother i knew they were only interested in the money. She was nervous and sweaty, they said that if i pay $2000 dollars they would order a crystal and it would help me find direction etc. I was unsure so i said i would think about and save up some money. Victoria would phone every now and again saying stupid stuff like "she was meditating on the beach because there was so much negativity in the world" and she was my friend and she was concerned for me. As soon as they started doing stuff like this i knew they were only interested in the money, living in San Francisco in the middle of a pandemic they were desperate for the money. It didn't bother me because it is a business and at the end of the day and i wasnt looking to make friends and i could afford it. So i decided to pay for it and when i got the crystal it was just a cheap agate crystal for $30 and i never heard from them again. Her mother would boss Victori around and tell her what to do and if she didn't get what she wanted she would shout at her. When im on the phone to Victoria it was clear her mother was telling her what to say. She puts pressure on her to make sales. When customers come in, she reads people and she reports back to her mother and if they think they can get more money they devise a plan to scam them. I'ts pretty much like black magic what their doing over there. I'm not bothered about the money i have a good job and i'm making good money now but at the end of the day, just because i'm a loner and i travel a lot by myself doesn't mean it's ok to scam people, they didn't care at all about how much money i had and my financial situation. To make things worse they did this...... when they knew that my mother was terminal with cancer and didn't have long left to live and she died not long after that. I never though Victoria was an angel and just because you are psychic your life is perfect as you can connect with higher powers or whatever but I at least thought if you were born with those abilities you would at least want to use them for some sort of positivity and help other people.
