I'm 3 months pregnant, and came in to buy just 8 cigars to tell my husband, and my family that we're pregnant! AJ was SUPER helpful and really hooked me up. He convinced me to buy 10 and he gave me 15% off instead of usual 10% because I'm pregnant :). He helped me pick out a nice box, and even gave me a discount on the cutters and the matches! I smoke cigars generally only for celebrations so this might not be the review for the everyday cigar enthusiast. I come here often though to pick up my Nag Champa incense and every now and than a cigar. The environment is great. You can kick back and watch the big screen while you enjoy your cigar or take it for the road. 5 stars. read more

I was referred to Embassy Cigars from a neighbor who let me know that he enjoys going to smoke his cigars at Embassy because of the big cigar lounge with a 65" HDTV and the friendly people smoking in the cigar lounge. I went there and my neighbor was right on, I had a great time and the guy behind the counter was very helpful . They have a huge walk-in humidor with a large selection of cigars. They gave me a coupon and I bought a box of cigars. I would definitely recommend Embassy Cigars to others and I would recommend to my neighbor, but he already goes there. read more

I haven't been here in like 2 years, and I was already impressed with the selection, service, and atmosphere back then. What Gary has done with the place is amazing! The new humidor is so well built and organized. The selection is even better than it was. With brands like Opus X, Davidoff, Padron, Tatuaje, and Viaje, my bank account is definitely going to suffer. It's great to be able to sit down with an amazing cigar in such a classy atmosphere. Gary is extremely knowledgable about his selection and always willing to help. I've never left having had a bad experience and the improvements he's made have added to the class of this establishment. Money well spent! The only negative feeling that I have is that I don't live closer. I absolutely recommend Embassy Cigars to anyone who wants to enjoy a quality cigar in a quality environment. Oh! Whenever I am in the neighborhood, I always have to drop by the Anaheim Hills location. Friendly staff and good selection of both boutique and name brand cigars. From Viaje to Comacho to Gurkha to Illusione to Tatuaje to Sancho Panza. Whichever cigar appeals to you, chances are they have it. Fairly priced as well. I don't smoke but I stop in every so often just to chat with Gary Anjal (owner) and Dana (employee). These are two of the nicest, most interesting people in Anaheim Hills. So if you do smoke or just enjoy an occasional cigar, give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

I've been coming to this store for about a year and a half. Nice selection of cigars, friendly patrons, big screen tv, and wireless internet if you ask for it. Sometimes I like to visit the lounge, work on my laptop, smoke a cigar, and look up at whatever game was playing on the television. I've been going long enough that they should recognize me but not enough that they know my name, I stopped going to this store because I had purchased a cigar from them a few weeks earlier and wanted to smoke it in their lounge and get a few things done on the computer. I was told I could not smoke in their lounge unless I purchased the cigar on that visit. I explained I wanted to smoke a cigar I purchased there earlier, but they insisted it was their policy. So I purchased another cigar and sat down to work on my computer and then received a text message from someone. I was then told they had a policy of no cell phones in the lounge. Nice place but what started out as easy and relaxed got complicated and stressful so I haven't been back. read more

Gary has a great selection of quality accessories and is always willing to help you obtain anything cigar related that you might be looking for. I wanted a certain lighter and he immediately ordered it for me. I get very excited about cigars and Gary absolutely accommodates my desire to explore all that the finer side of cigar smoking has to offer. I've been going there for a few years now ONLY because it's convenient. Even as a repeat customer, they can be rude and inflexible. They change their "specials" depending upon who you are. The guy before me paid for 3 cigars and got 4. When I went for the same deal...no deal! I had to wait for Tuesday when they would give me the deal of paying for 4 and get 5. Whoo hoo. Two days ago I was in this store and ask the guy who works there to introduce some light to mid Cigars he provided some good information but at the end he showed me flavor small cigar and he said this is light and good. I bought it more than $17 when I smoke one it burned all my mouth and through I try to exchange it with lighter one but the seller asked manager but he did not accepted I don't think he knows how to keep customers!!!! read more

I went to Embassy Cigars and their cigar shop has a huge selection of cigars some very high end brands. I was impressed with the cigar lounge where you could kick back, enjoy a cigar, watch TV, and enjoy conversation with some people in the local area (very friendly people). The guy working at the shop was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend embassy cigars to all my friends and family. I will definitely be going back. :-) read more

Hi, this is my first review on yelp and I would just like to say that Embassy Cigars is a exactly a friendly store. My first experience was decent, having bought a Palio cutter, and while the service was good at the time, my second experience was totally different. My friends and I headed up there to check out their selection and possibly write down the names of some of the cigars there to read up on them, and although one of the owners gave us some pen and paper, within minutes he came in the humidor and demanded that we stop writing down the prices of the cigars, we then repeatedly told him, 'sir we are not writing the prices down', and he then left and brought in his partner and he then also demanded that we stop writing prices, stating that it was not right. We then showed him the paper and he continued to berate us. We were fed up at this point and told him to back off, and then he exploded, even walked up to confront us and said 'back off?, YOU DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO!, this is MY STORE!'. So we just left. There are tons of other cigar shops in the OC and I would advise you to avoid this place unless you also wish to embarrassed and insulted. My overall experience here was terrible and never in my life have I as a consumer ever been so disrespected or nearly assaulted. read more
