Updating almost 2 years later to say that I'm still ecstatic with the results from my laser hair removal at All Care Laser Center. I have experienced very, very little regrowth, and anything that does regrow is thin and fine. For maintenance during the summer months, I might do a light touch-up with an epilator. I'm attaching a before and after picture - my "before" was taken a few days before my very first treatment, and my "after" is just before my recent touchup (no epilating or shaving). I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. This was a gift (Living Social voucher) and at first I wasn't too excited about traveling from Boston to N Andover -- there are so many other centers in Boston (i thought). As a matter of fact I had simultaneously bought two other packages with two different centers, Skin Spa, on Newbury St., and All In One, in Watertown -- coincidence or not, the farther i went the better the results. (i don't recommend anyone to go to Newbury). Now, to the point, All Care Laser did a great job on my lower legs - I started all three treatments at the same time, and All Care Laser is the center that gives the more weeks in between treatments. So far I've had the least number of treatments with them, and by far the most noticeable and enduring results. I mentioned that with one of the professionals and she explained to me why they do things the way they do - very knowledgeable! This is by far the BEST laser center I have ever visited. The most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have ever experienced and so not pushy and not salesy (if that's even a word? Lol) I am so happy I found this place and glad that I didn't give up on laser after many discouraging experiences with other nearby places and their lack of results and knowledge. Hands down the best laser tattoo removal session I've ever had. They are very thorough and precise with making sure they've hit every spot. I am having a large area removed and thanks to the super cold air frosting my arm, it was very tolerable. Make sure you check out All Care Laser. I went to Lazer care Center for removal of a small brown spot on my face. The first time I went I saw the manager and she was very good. The second time I came in I saw somebody else who was working there. It was very painful. I told her that it hurt much more than last time. She told me that I had forgotten what it had felt like two weeks before. After I left there I had large scabbing and blistering. She burned me badly. I called and they told me to put coconut oil on it. So not only do I now have a brown spot but also a scar on my face that was caused by this facility. I felt I had to post this so that others could you aware of the risks and the damage that this simple procedure can cause. read more

Really like them - more disappointed in how my scar has turned out (is keloid so not responding to fractional laser or IPL treatment). But the staff is wonderful and so accommodating - they just want you to feel good about yourself! They go above and beyond to try and get you the results you want. Unfortunately it doesn't always work out (especially when it comes to scars). But would highly recommend at least going for consultation to see what they would be able to do for you! read more

Not a huge buyer of Groupons or the like, I saw that this facility was running a special on Laser hair removal treatments. Having heard from many gf's that this new "option" to eliminate a common nuisance was awesome, I thought I would try it. Entering the offices somewhat nervous, I was pleasantly surprised to encounter the friendly, accommodating technicians here at All Care Laser!! Each of the girls that has worked on me has been knowledgeable, funny, and great in EVERY way. They explain everything about the procedure to the last detail, and make an otherwise slightly uncomfortable experience worth the pain of going through it!! They also offer evening hours, which are SO convenient. A couple of zaps won't kill ya, and the results are amazing. I just received my 3rd treatment yesterday, and have 3 more to go. I was worried about getting fractional laser skin treatment yesterday. A friend had it done and the results were amazing so thought I'd try, but was so very worried about pain and downtime/ recovery and getting back to work. Christine was educated on all topics of skin treatments and answered all my questions with a calming smile. Numbing gel was applied and the procedure lasted 5 minutes with subtle aggravation---not pain--it was like a light grazing as the wand methodically went over face. I bought Biofene for afterwards (which is made in France and pricey but you get what you pay for). Today( 24 hours exact) the splotchiness has evened out and only light swelling remains--i havent iced either! My marionette lines have all but disappeared and my skin tone-pores are refined--and its only supposed to get better!! I am so happy with the results. ACLC is AMAZING. I had never had LHR before and I was so scared to do it especially on facial areas, but years of battling PCOS and spending hundreds on hair removal products that don't work.. I finally caved. I did a ton of research on different places to go and finally found ACLC because they were voted Best of North Shore like 3 or 4 years running so they were running a client appreciate special for 50% off. (They also accept CareCredit which is fantastic!) My life and my daily routine has changed dramatically since my first treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've had 7 treatments and my skin has never been clearer, smoother or softer! The first 6 treatments went by quickly but gradually as I've gone it hurts less and less every time and I can go longer in between treatments. And the procedures are so fast, maybe 10-15 minutes tops. I thought it was going to hurt a lot and it wasn't even close to what I had envisioned. Kristina is who I go to and she is awesome, she takes her time, lets you take a break if you need it, explains what's going on, checks to see how you feel about the results you're getting, gives you suggestions about sun exposure and sun care, she even did a round of emails with me answering all my questions about PCOS and LHR and results before I even walked in the door! She was honest and said it might take awhile to see real results because of the PCOS, which I found the fact that she was completely honest with me to be really refreshing, so I immediately made an appointment because I knew this lady knows her stuff and she really wanted to help me get results!
