The tools they used looked dirty and reused, which is completely unacceptable. The pedicure itself was rushed and done carelessly -- not at all what I expected based on the pictures they promote. When I politely showed them photos of their own work and asked if they could fix the mistakes, instead of being understanding, Tom got visibly angry, raised his voice at me in front of other customers, and was incredibly disrespectful. The customer service was beyond terrible -- rude, dismissive, and totally unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values cleanliness, quality, and basic respect for their clients.
