The room was warm when I entered and the heat did turn off mid-massage but the room maintained a comfortable temperature so that was nice. Amy worked on my shoulder/neck with strong pressure just the way I prefer. She spent a majority of time on my neck, shoulders, and upper back. She did work her way down to my feet but the focus was on my upper torso. She did not ask me to flip over like many masseuses do, instead she kept me with my back up (which was fine).
