I wanted a natural birth so I also took the Bradley Method classes along with Shara's classes but, found Shara's yoga techniques way more helpful with my labor and delivery! I learned so much in her classes about my pregnancy. I was able to stay fit and healthy by attending her classes. I also worked all the way up until I gave birth and I truly believe her classes helped since I was on my feet all day at work! I used all of the yoga methods she taught in her classes during my labor and delivery. My husband helped me get into the poses we learned in her partner classes and we did the sequences/poses all throughout my labor. I was in contact with her during my experience and she was always so positive and helpful! I also attended her classes with my second pregnancy and she was there for me when I needed support! I wasn't able to attend her classes as much as I wanted this time around because of work. Therefore, she offered private lessons! Also, I went into the hospital 5 times before I actually gave birth with my second baby. She was there to provide me with support and poses to help me along the way. I was able to give birth naturally again and used the yoga techniques she taught me. I highly recommend Shara! She has a gentle soul and is very passionate in everything she does.

She showed us ways to work together so that I could be comfortable. While I labored at home my husband knew exactly how to help me manage my contractions thanks to this class! We got hands on practice with massage techniques, yoga poses, essential oil use, and breathing. I was so grateful that we attended her workshop because she gave us the tools we needed for labor and delivery! We loved it :)!

They offer you a ton of different help, ranging from free pregnancy tests all the way to toys, clothes and even diapers, wipes, strollers and high chairs. I learned about them through WIC and couldn't be happier now that I've come here. They are willing to help however they can and have a program where you have the chance to watch videos on pregnancy and after birth to earn points and use them towards larger items (the highchairs, infant formula, diapers, and so on). They also will take gently used clothing and other necessities that are brand new (depending on what the item is) or in good condition to try and help others out. I love this place and highly recommend checking them out to see what they can do for you!

Even though this was my third pregnancy, I learned so much about how to care for myself and my baby. I loved that she wasn't pushy, but gave us the facts and let us make our own decisions. We often covered the importance of exercise and nutrition, and I made changes from that, which I believe contributed to a smoother and easier pregnancy than my first two. She also was so calm and professional throughout my labor and delivery. My husband noted how much he appreciated her composure during the most intense moments of my labor. She's the kind of person you'd want by your side when you're not in the right frame of mind. She also collaborated very well with her assistant, respecting her skills and experience during my postpartum assessment. We loved having her as our first midwife and home birth experience and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!

I interviewed so many great midwives, but as soon as I met Ana, I knew she was the right fit. She took me on late in my pregnancy (27ish weeks), and onboarding with her was so easy. The care that I received from her was supportive, kind, compassionate and steady. I appreciate how calm and nurturing she is while staying firm in her knowledge of pregnancy, birth, and of a woman's body overall. Her care is holistic and evidence-based, and she makes her clients actual partners in their care. We never did anything that I was uncomfortable with (which is almost unheard of in a hospital birth). When I started to go overdue, she was there to reassure me, and because she genuinely trusts the process of birth, she helped me trust my body as well. I had an absolutely amazing birth experience that my husband and I wouldn't trade for anything. My baby is two now (sorry this is so late!), but I still think of Ana often and so fondly. She became part of our family for the time she was with us and I will always love her for helping me have the birth experience of my dreams (even at 43 years old). Thank you Ana!

Nurse Angie and staff were very warm in their approach especially in interacting w couples/patients in a tough situation. Dr Bareh and her staff helped us make our dream into a reality. Obviously the office manager doesn't care training these employees for how to properly answer the phone or how to even give right information I'm a medical assistant and even I know this is not how to operate a medical clinic very unprofessional especially front office girls! Update: it just keeps getting worse so when I made the appointment she told me Dec 7th I'm looking at the app they have it's called providence it tells me there that my appointment is on the dec 14th like really Maria why would you tell me Dec 7th like I said these girls don't know what they doing and when I called and confirmed she said oh yea it's Dec 14th what a dumbass I swear ‍

I unfortunately had to have a c-section which wasn't in my birth plan but the midwife was very supportive and reassuring. The only complaint I have was that my mental health didn't seem to be taken as seriously as my physical health. I had over 4 scheduled appointments to talk to the counselor and was finally seen a week before giving birth. I'm sure this is due to the amount on panicked mamas during this pandemic though so I'm not too offended by it.
