Victorville: This review is for the Victor Valley Women's Center - RadNet, NOT the Open MRI. It's a bit of a task to upload your insurance cards, ID, and medical info on their website link, but it makes the check in process a breeze. After arrival, it took 20 seconds to check in. Just my ID was needed. The link was text to me, but certainly you may call or go in to register. I've been going here for years, always same great service. This place is quick, very professional and friendly staff, and the mammogram tech a delightful woman who can make anyone feel comfortable. (5/26/2026). Well managed! The place is immaculate with very clean bathrooms and a Togo gown that covers as well as Nun's habit. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was out of the door at 1:15. I did arrive 15 minutes early. Because I just have to include a food review, breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the Roundabout Grill is 1/2 mile north and I highly recommend it. Great breakfast or dynamite pastrami sandwich. This place scheduling and customer is a joke. Schedule an appointment to be seeing at 8. They asked me to come in 20 min early, to have me and other 10 people wait outside in the cold. When I get to the desk I let them know I have an appointment at 8:00 she says they are a walk in location. I called their service number and they say don't understand why they say that and since I am here all they can have me do is just wait for my turn. Asked to take to their supervisor, supervisor was never located. the first patient was seeing 40 min after 8. Even if it is a walking location if your opening time is 8 you should be ready to see patients by then The purpose of making an appointment is for planning purposes. I have a 10 month old and have to get a babysitter for specific time. Went way over my time here read more

This is my first time here. I got an thyroid ultrasound done. The waiting room is calm and relaxing. The front desk staff is amazing. I was then taken back to a relaxing room and tne lady who did my thyroid ultrasound was amazing. I felt that the quality of care I received was very high quality. Came to get a trans abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal, ended up only getting the abdominal ultrasound. The receptionist was very rude from the beginning had attitude and wouldn't even spare a second for eye contact while speaking to me and my mother who came from support. She came with because I've had this done before and it was a very unpleasant experience I was not feeling comfortable by myself and overall. The receptionist told us to upload my ID and insurance so we did, told her and got no response, then told her again and got a blunt response. Why work there if you're gonna have attitude sorry not sorry? Especially for certain appointments like this for some women it's very traumatizing and being on edge and then having to deal with rude people? That wasn't it don't think I'm done . They then called me back to get my ultrasound and my mom was heading back with me and then THAT different lady was rude and had a blunt attitude with me and my mother saying "no one is allowed to come back" "no she's 18" which would've been fine if she could've been understanding? Idk compassionate?? My mother then said okay I understand but not even for support or anything and she was once again rude and stuck up??? I really don't understand why work this job if you hate it? Hate your life? Yourself? Idk but they are not kind people. This field requires understanding compassionate workers and that's not what Victor Valley Women's Center had to offer today. Sorry also I would like to add I work at a restaurant and have better customer service. Like it's not that hard. This job especially is MORE than just a paycheck. It's not that hard to be kind. Went in for a biopsy staff & dr where great! Dr is direct upfront honest but made me feel so comfy! Husband was allowed in the room during procedure and Dr checked on him too! Highly recommend. read more

This is my second time here for an annual Mammogram, front desk receptionist are always very friendly and attentive, the place is immaculate clean and very nicely decorated. Very homey and trendy. Teri the mammogram tech was awesome explained everything in detail was friendly, gentle and talkative thought the procedure as well as efficient. Don't bother scanning your ID and insurance information if you fill the paperwork out online. They still ask for it. ALSO it's pretty pathetic to come in and have the receptionist coughing up a lung... She said they don't get sick days... I say BS... RUDE RUDE RUDE... The staff was nice and the place was clean the machine are updated. The bathroom is very clean the changing room are nice and clean also . They got a lockers there to put your things in and locked it . It was a good experience I would recommend for any woman to go to get check up there . They are the best in my opinion read more

LONG BUT WORTH YOUR READ REVIEW! Checking in they ask you to send a text message stating you are here and they will reply when you can come inside. I did this and received a text message to come inside. (I was a little early for my appointment and they don't answer the phone so I sent the text expecting to wait until my scheduled appointment time). I didn't mind waiting. Upon walking in there are two receptionists NOT ONE OF THEM ACKNOWLEDGED OR SAID ANYTHING. I stood to the side and waited as one of the girls was helping another patient. about 15 minutes later I approach the desk asking if I needed to check in!?!? They asked my name and took my insurance info. I sat down to wait. Then the girl who was helping me SHOUTED ACROSS GHE WAITING ROOM a question about my insurance. Ok? No privacy? Thanks. It's like clear plexiglass makes people forget common courteousy. There is also a TV playing commercials or infomercials about CANCER??? Why the heck should anyone waiting for their cancer screening and imaging want to listen to that? Nobody wants to hear that waiting to get their mammogram or ultrasound screening for CANCER. I also overheard a receptionist telling a gentleman that they had to reschedule him because his appointment was at 9 and they have a 15 min grace period...well he walked in the door at 9:10 and waited to be helped because there were people in line ahead of him...it was 9:16 when she finally got to him. I finally get called back and the techs are so nice. Very friendly!!! They made it worth the wait But first impressions are everything. And if you don't have a strong front office that speaks volumes on management. I've worked in the medical field for many years and the front desk needs to be strong and friendly. Two receptionist, the heavier set one, was rude and had 0 personality. I don't know why the heck they have you upload your info and then have fill paperwork again. Overall I guess it was ok. Staff is nice. I would recommend this place. My mother has her mammogram done here and they detected early breast cancer. She had her biopsy done and the doctor and the mammography was very thoughtful and caring throughout her biopsy. read more

Let me start by saying that my experience with the techs in the past has been very good. Today I showed up on time prepared for my annual mammogram. I made the appointment a year ago when I got my last mammogram, the receptionist gave me the date and time. I received reminders, uploaded my insurance information and the doctors order over a week in advance of today's appointment. I get to the facility today and text that I am there and receive no response so I went in. Then and only then did the receptionist curtly let me know that my insurance only pays for mammogram every 365 days and that I am two weeks short of that. VVWHC set the appointment and had ample opportunity to catch their error and let me know before I took time out of my day to show up for the appointment that they set. I've kind of had it with High Desert medical providers, they seem overwhelmed at best and more often than not indifferent. Pretty sad that to get good medical care from a provider that respects one's time that I'll have to travel down the hill. read more

Went in for an anatomy scan and all the ultrasound photos came out horrible. Then you need to drink so much water and hold your pee and if you didnt drink enough water you have to reschedule. I had to go to Dr.Brar herb to get another one done and his photos came out so much better and you don't have to drink a bunch of water for it. read more

Thank you to Nicole who sorted out the appointment confirmation for my mother. She was patient and polite and really went that extra mile to pull all of the information together to keep her appointment. Shame on Garrett who couldn't be bothered to look deeper into what turned out to be old information. He tried to convince my brother that mom's insurance was inactive when all he was using was old outdated information. Just a simple question would have worked. Instead he passed it off to Nicole - who, to me is the shining star. Perhaps Garrett needs a new job because customer service does not seem to be his expertise. Thank you Nicole! read more

I called to make an appointment on October 16th, couldn't schedule me in until today November 29th. I had to call repeatedly for the staff to change my name because they kept butchering my name. Then the receptionists didn't even have me on file for my appointment. I had to drive here from the radnet ultrasound office off of Corwin rd. because it was not specified which office to come into. So I wasted gas and time to get to my appointment. When I walk in the waiting room its packed with people just waiting, waiting waiting. I then am called to the receptionist desk to be told I needed an authorization from my insurance for my ultrasound because "they dropped the ball" on authorizing my info, even though I put in my info online 3 times prior to my appointment date. My name is Katie Rose and even though I called and changed it literally 3 times on the website the office still had my name as "Kathy Rosy". At this point all I can do is laugh about all of the mishaps. The receptionists are very sweet but I wish the office was more professional considering the amount of times I've confirmed my information with them. I have a tight schedule today. I have to pick up my daughter down the hill but now I had to make arrangements for my family friend to pick her up as I suspect I will be here for a very long time just waiting. This was suppose to be easy and now it's going to take up my whole morning and probably lunch. The wait alone to book my appointment was outrageous and now I have to wait even longer. Today would have been my 3rd and final Ultrasound at this location. I never previously had issues....however... My Dr wanted me to get the 35 week ultrasound before my next Dr appointment which is scheduled April 2nd. So the day of my last dr appt on March 20th, I had the ultra sound scheduled for March 28th. My appointment was supposed to be today at 2:45, with check in at 2:30. I hadn't recieved a prior day appt confirmation phone call, which I thought was weird, so this morning I called the office only to be redirected to the centralized scheduling and was told "yes you are scheduled today at 2:45, check in by 2:30 and make sure to drink 32 oz of water an hour prior to the appointment" Awesome, hubby and I were looking forward to seeing our little one today on our 8 year anniversary. I get to the office, checked in, only to be told I wasn't on the schedule. That I was scheduled for APRIL 28TH. WHY THE HELL would I be getting my 35 week ultrasound 3 days before our baby is due. Apparently the scheduler scheduled wrong...and the supervisor there would "take disciplinary action"....okay....lol. The girl at the front desk helped me and she was nice (I did not get her name) through it all even though she knew I was furious. I confirmed with her twice that Friday i had an appointment. The supervisor, however, made no effort to come out to speak with me. They could not get me in today because they were already running an hour and a half behind...and could not get me in until Friday at 12:00....which I am upset about because I now have to leave work early on my last day of work before maternity leave AND now loose 2 hours worth of pay on my last paycheck. To say I left irate is an understatement. I am so disappointed that such a mistake was made. I just hope friday I have the promised appointment....because now I am unsure of it all. They really need to work on their scheduling center. read more

Scheduled an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound on a stat order. staff called and kept trying to tell me that I did not need what was ordered. After arguing with them 4 times over the phone they again when I got in tried to tell me that they would not do the mammogram 5 more minutes of arguing about the order from the doctor they said they would. Waited 2 hours to be called back. The back room staff is amazing BUT the front staff are the real issue. 2 weeks and my results STILL have not been sent to my doctor on a STAT order. I asked on my way out how long before the results get sent to my doctor office and I was told 24 hours. Finally called and talked to a real person got hung up on 4 times and now have been on hold for 45 minutes. This place is unprofessional and they clearly don't care about what a doctor orders. Front staff seem to think they know more and that they can decide if a test does or does not need to be ran. IF you are lucky to get through to a person who you can understand and not get sent to a call center where they get mad and talk to you like a child because the accent is so thick you can't understand a word they try to make you feel like your doctor knows nothing. I feel for other women who go there for a cancer screening and have to wait for 2 weeks in fear only to find out not a single person there knows how to do their job. read more

This place sucks. I had to drink a bunch of water an hour before my appointment so I did. I came and checked in and I had to pee but I was gonna make it if I got in on time. They didn't come and call me till over 30 minutes after my appointment time by which point I had to use the restroom. They took one look at my US and refused to do anything for me. Why the f are you going to do that to a pregnant woman?! We have to pee more frequently as it is and then you make me sit with 36 oz of water in my bladder for 90 minutes. If you make someone do something an hour before then you better be on time starting their appointment. They didn't even care and wouldn't offer me another appointment for three more weeks. I had my first ever mammogram, as well as another procedure scheduled and I am very glad I chose this facility. From the front office staff to the technicians, all of the ladies were so kind and made me feel very comfortable. The facility is very nice and designed for women, with cute decor.
