It's rare these days to come across an individual who seems to genuinely care about providing a great experience. She was so helpful getting me to make up my mind about what type of shirt to use and when she didn't know the answer to something, she got quick answers from the rest of the staff. I contacted them late Tuesday for a rush order, and they accepted my request and told me shirts would be ready before lunch today! If she is a reflection of the quality of product they provide, then I'm sure I'll be using them often.
