The plate I had custom cut by them for my dog was done while I waited. They have been engraving since (I believe) 1985. After a poor experience at another more visible shop, I'm glad I found this place to get good quality real engraving work done in town.

They have been serving the Augusta's military community for at least 30 years. I visited today to have some trophies engraved, after a short wait the receptionists asked how she could help, I explained that I need three trophies engraved, she took my order and completed it while I waited. I was expecting at least two or three days wait.

I emailed a copy of my logo along with the companies info including our email. Neither the paper nor the envelopes were ready for 3 days. When I returned 3 days later the color of our logo was completely off and the email was incorrect. The envelopes had not arrived. I returned 6 days later. The logo was better The email was still incorrect. Still no envelopes. I asked that the email be corrected and was told that I would be required to pay 50% more to have the email corrected. The employee was the one that brought the incorrect email to my attention. I refused to pay additional for something that was incorrect both times that I went to pick up stationary that should have been ready over 10 days ago. After talking to the manager he stood by his guns. No refund offered no offer to fix the problem. We are talking about 100 pcs of stationary. I will never do business with them and I caution you to do the same. I tried to support a small local business. Bad idea this time. Amazon is cheaper and faster. I am out $170 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it
