This was my 3rd trip to LV and second time using EMC Las Vegas. No words can express how ESSENTIAL Marc Marcez and his services were to my friends and I! Having a consulting group as experienced, professional and FUN as EMC Las Vegas ensured we felt like rockstars, not tourists. I hold Marc Marcez and his team in HIGH REGARD and RECOMMEND him to everyone! I've had other friends use a variety of Vegas hosts and none of those friends received the attention or quality customer service that we did with EMC Las Vegas (and those friends paid more!). Our group was on a modest budget, but thanks to Marc this did not compromise how much we experienced or how much fun we had. We were taken to the newest and hottest party spots in town. We chose for our 3 day trip to include: VIP entry + bottle service at Chateau, VIP entry at Surrender, VIP entry + bottle service at Light, VIP entry at Hakkasan, VIP entry + daybed at Bare and tickets to Boyz II Men at the Mirage. Marc provided transportation to & from our hotel to each club/pool and we avoided all line-ups (no planning, no stress, no waiting!). It was clear that Marc keeps good relationships with club/pool staff, as we were treated with the utmost respect and given immediate attention everywhere we went. Marc took care of every detail and granted all our vegas wishes. Professionally, we found Marc to be WELL-CONNECTED, prompt, accountable, very attentive and incredibly FLEXIBLE (we could change our minds on a whim and he'd follow through without any hesitation). On a personal note, Marc is a charismatic, humorous and joyful spirit - it was truly a pleasure to spend time with him during our trip. My 5 buddies and I were in Vegas for a bachelor party this past weekend, and unanimously could not have been more impressed with the exceptional personal concierge services Marc offered. We were referred by a few couples who had used his planning expertise in the past, and needless to say were very thankful for the recommendation. As a group of party-going guys who wanted an organized, hassle-free, and cost-effective weekend focused on the day club & nightlife scene, the consensus was that Marc over-exceeded expectations as our 'professional chaperon' - all our tables were prime-location and ready to-go upon arrival. Transportation to and from the venues and oversight during the parties were benefits we valued but never expected. Quite simply, he knew the right contacts to help make our trip memorable. Marc's accessibility and communication both before the trip and throughout the weekend were second to none. Aside from his upstanding professional nature, more importantly for us was that he was genuinely a cool & fun guy - so much that when he dropped off at the airport, we were sad to part ways as we were with our friends just moments before.. My company recently had a large trade show in Las Vegas. We decided to host a customer appreciation event while all of our customers were in town for the trade show. I am from Canada and do not know much about Las Vegas, therefore, I decided to use an event planner. I had spoken with a few other companies before I called Marc from EMC. As soon as Marc and I began to discuss options I knew I had found a great company. Not only was I talking to someone who clearly cared about my event, I was working directly with the owner of EMC (Marc). Marc was extremely diligent while selecting the venue. He had even visited a few just to see if the over-all feeling and atmosphere was right for the audience (our customers). Once Marc and I selected the right Venue He looked after everything else. He was able to arrange for two beautiful buses to pick our customers up at the exhibition hall and take them to the Wynn where we hosted our event. Marc also had a banner produced and branded table tops just to give the extra WOW factor to our customers. In closing, Marc and EMC were able to put an amazing event together and looked after every single aspect. I would strongly recommend EMC for any corporate event you may be considering in the Las Vegas area. I am still getting compliments from customers and co-workers on how great the event was. I've been to Vegas many times and have used many different groups to assist my self and clients with different events throughout Las Vegas and I must say that Marc and EMC has not only raised but has set the new standard and expectations for any and all activities to be done in Vegas. The personal touch that Marc added was like no other that I have experienced on a global scale. Never once after a show or an event did we look around to try and find our way or what was next, Marc was after every show and from door to door. I had the kind of epic Vegas trip that everyone hopes to have, the kind that people see on TV. And I haven't had it just once, but multiple times. Each and every time Marc and EMC Las Vegas have been the center of it all. Marc has given me and my best friends superior customer service going above and beyond and beyond again what I ever would have expected. We were walked right into the clubs/booths and pool cabanas, brought straight to bottle service (which Marc always respectfully maintained our budget) each and every time with professionalism and a rapport with the staff that I have yet to see elsewhere. He made sure we were well looked after, that our safety was never compromised ever (as a large group of girls) - he took care of us in a city that one could become so lost in. BEST VEGAS TRIP EVER! My boss surprised me by hiring Marc to make my 30th birthday in Vegas a memorable one - and it definitely was! I travel to Vegas at least once a year but I have never enjoyed myself as much as I did with the help of Marc of EMC. He was the best of both worlds: a fun, energetic, vibrant, personable gentlemen mixed with a knowledgeable, accommodating and punctual business professional. I have gone to Vegas many times and it is my favourite town. Although I go there on a "business" auspicious, certainly I manage to sneak in some fun time. This year, I went with my two oldest friends and upon their suggestion, we decided to hire Marc to make sure we made the most of our time there without getting into too much trouble. My friends and I recently returned from Vegas where we had an outstanding time thanks to Marc with EMC. From the time we arrived in Vegas until the time we left, Marc took care of our group by getting us VIP access and bottle service at the best clubs, evening entertainment, dinner reservations at amazing restaurants, car service, etc. And the best part was that he made sure we got to do everything we wanted to within the budget we pre-negotiated. Marc even took us to have our hair and makeup done before going out for my friend's birthday. Just took my buddy out to Vegas for his birthday, which coincided with the opening round of the NCAA tournament. Contacted Marc, let him know we, along with several others were coming out. Having used EMC prior to this trip I knew something amazing was about to happen, but it was a hard sell on my friends to get them to buy in. Marc Marcez helped my group of friends and I experience what vegas nightlife really has to offer. Every place we went to Marc made sure we were treated first class. We never had to worry about anything other than having a great time with the boys. The thing that impressed me most about Marcez was his ability to have fun with the group while still keeping his business and priorities in order. Had one of best nights of my life! The queen herself Britney Spears in Las Vegas!!! Thank you so much to Marc ! You are amazing! All hail Queen Britney At first she's nervous, but then realizes she's AMAZING and puts on her best performance! I felt like I was in middle school and high school and 21 lol so many great memories with her She sings all the hits except for "sometimes," but every other major single!!! Tooooo amazing!!! Marc is the most Amazing guy we could have ever met! It was my bachlorette and we had all the hookup's you could ever imagine! Bottle service and tables at all the clubs we went too. The day of our arrival we were picked up from the airport and taken to the store to pick up all our favourite snacks and then escorted in to our hotel and made sure everything was set up for us. Marc goes way above and beyond and always was professional. The VIP treatment went from day 1 to the final day. The trip was absolutely a blast all thanks to EMC. I have easily been to Vegas over 50 times....sometimes for business & sometimes for pleasure. I have planned & hosted events and weddings there -- so I know the city & how to have a good time. This was my second trip to Vegas in 2 years and after meeting Marc on the first trip I was always going to ask Marc to help make my 2nd trip amazing. The first trip was part of a 16 people bucks party from Australia and the just recently I returned with 2 mates for 4 nights. Marc Marcez.....wow. Can't say enough about this man. I even tried trolling around without him and found out the hard way the only way to do Vegas is with Marc (lol). The most surreal time of my life and I've been around- LA, NY, Miami, Ibiza, Prague- nothing compared to this trip thanks to Marc. Before I even got to LV I knew Marc was a great guy and made me feel like his best friend. By the time I left we were family. His entire network treated us the same. I recently went to Vegas (probably my 20th time) and had an amazing time thanks to Marc with EMC. This trip was different than some of my previous given that the group I was going with was on a really tight budget but still wanted to party 'vegas style'. I was worried at first at how it was going to workout, but EMC was able to hook us up at an amazing club (Moon at the Palms) with bottle service and accommodated our budget. He was super flexible, got us a GREAT deal and we had the time of our lives.
