From the moment we sat down with David to discuss what we wanted, he was incredibly understanding of our budget and knew exactly how to make our day as beautiful as I imagined! Everything was beyond exceptional--our guests loved the venue and couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything and everyone was. I always have and will continue to recommend Factory of Dreams and/or Skyview Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a venue! That said, we did experience a few hiccups during the planning process. Communication with Chef Francisco G. wasn't the best--he wasn't timely in responding, which caused some stress. However, the food turned out good on the day of the event, though I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the kids were served Little Caesars pizza. As for Irma, who I was told was the event coordinator--she was very sweet and helpful in the beginning. But when it came time for the wedding rehearsal, I was told I had to find my own coordinator. This was frustrating because I had gone over all the event timing with her, so I assumed she would be the one handling it. If I needed to bring in someone else, I wish I had been told upfront--it would have saved some last-minute stress before my big day. And id also like to give a big thanks to the Bakery used Cakes Las Vegas so good with the flavors my husband does not like sweets but he did enjoy your cake. NO bride and groom should have to go through this while planning their wedding and the damage caused emotionally and financially is unforgivable. The dj Syd was on point with the music and guided the whole thing into place. The photographer set us up and directed us where to be (he has clearly done this many times and knew the best shots) The food was absolutely amazing -side note usually wedding venues will skimp you food. I'm talking about spending 5k giving you like 5 pieces of ravioli with a crap steak. Not this place. This place gives you amazing food with leftovers and so much to choose from! The bartender was great with the guest and prompt with drinks. He had a well deserved tip jar out because he was that freaking good. The place was nice and cool protecting us from the Vegas heat. Niki over saw everything and even deflected those dumb questions from people. Truly truly made the whole event that much better. Our expectations were not only met but far exceeded. I talked with my friend & she said she wasn't even aware it was cash only. That is something that the owners may want to tell their guest when they are looking to book this hall. In November 2022 he said the venue would be remodeled by March 2023, here we are in August and I just read a review that it hasn't been remodeled. In July during a food tasting I found out by the Coordinator that he couldn't provide the silver Chiavari chairs he promised, he said nothing could be done it was impossible knowing that he has a second venue, then he stated that he could put a green bow on gold chairs. My daughters colors are silver and green. Later he stated he would need to give me my money back, and for me to find somewhere else, 3-months before my daughters Quinceañera, then he stated he would keep my deposit, he is very sloppy, unprofessional, terrible communication. The rooms are on the smaller side but ergonomically laid out to give you the feel of more space. The room has some modern conveniences but still has that older feel. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the wifi signal was great, and if you are a gold or higher BonVoy Member, you can get the enhanced wifi free. The bathrooms have the toilet and bathtub separate from the sink, which is on the outside of the bathroom. There is no ventilation, aside from a hole in the wall, which is indicative of an older hotel. If you have one of these rooms, you will have to leave the bathroom door open after you shower. The Channel selection on the TV is okay, and you stream from a few of the major streaming services if you wish. The hotel lobby has plenty of space for gatherings and individuals. The Ground floor also has a Bistro serving breakfast, coffees and, dinner items and drinks. The Gym is on the smaller side but has enough equipment for a good workout. I had no issues as I was the only person using the fitness center at the time of my workout, and plenty of space. Overall, a good short-stay hotel in an area with many restaurants within walking distance, and an assortment of strip malls and other places to shop.
